Pousada Luar da Ilha

We had a wonderful view from our room and a real nice terrasse. The garden and the little church on the property are really nice. The quality of the beds is extremly good. The team of the pousada is very, very friendly. We can highly recommend this pousada and we will come back.

Location was great . Close enough to downtown and also to supermarket and restaurants. Also in the high hill which helped with ventilation Breakfast was perfect WiFi in the rooms could improve

Stayed 5 nights and I honestly liked everything. Absolutely perfect for solo trip. Quiet room with nice balcony to dry beach clothes. Everything looked new or with not much use. The room was clean and big, the AC was very good and new. The bed was comfy. Large smart TV with Netflix. The shower had strong pressure. The breakfast was fine, typical brazilian buffet breakfast. Lots of parking in the street. I will return here when back in Noronha. Missing a toaster in the breakfast room which is easy to add. Also transfer on arrival could be coordinated a little bit better, I had to wait 20 minutes on the sun to guess which was my van out of bunch outside Noronhas little airport.

The hotel is a bit far from the main town area, but it's still within walking distance (about 10–15 minutes). You can also walk to several beaches like Cachorro, Meio, and Conceição, and there's a bus stop nearby. The location is peaceful, and the room is cozy with a comfortable bed and a good shower. They also offer free airport transfers, which is a nice bonus. Breakfast is simple but tasty. There aren't many options, but you can ask for fresh tapioca or scrambled eggs to be made on the spot. Some small improvements, like labeling the food and drinks, would be helpful. The room was nice but quite small. Overall, the hotel met our expectations. The room had everything we needed, including a mini-fridge, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with Phytoervas toiletries. The staff was excellent—everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The staffs were very nice,helpful and patient. location is very good, very easy to get to the supermarket ,bakery ,bus station, various restaurants and the breakfast was tasty, I will definitely go back。 The bed sheets wasn't changed.

I absolutely loved my stay at Pousada Luar da Ilha. The entire staff was wonderful, the accommodations were very comfortable, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was very tasty. I will definitely return!

exactly what i expected. great breakfast. Better than most places Ive stayed. just a little far away from the town center.

The breakfast was good and Joanna (one of the workers) was really nice and friendly too. It was very noisy, with very loud cars coming by all the time because they are in a “main” street. The street was a dirt road so it was always full of mud, and the location wasn’t good either. It feels more like being in rural Brazil than in an island. Unfriendly manager.

We couldn't have asked for a better pousada in Fernando de Noronha! In addition to the new and incredibly comfy rooms, what really made this place stand out were the excellent staff. The manager, Valentina, is amazing -- she gave us excellent tips on how to enjoy our stay on the island and also helped us book tours. The breakfast cook, Corina, has a bubbly personality and it was always a pleasure to see her in the morning. Plus, the included breakfast that she cooks up for you based on your request every morning is delicious. I recommend the cous cous or a savory tapioca. Also, the staff surprised my husband on his birthday with a piece chocolate cake! We hadn't told the staff we were there to celebrate his birthday, but they noticed his birthday on check-in and surprised us! This just goes to show how much the staff cares. Also, I need to add that the daily room cleaning was superb! After hiking around the island or going to the beach, no matter how hard you try, you invariably bring some sand back to the room. But each day our room was spotless and tidied. It is very rare that a room gets a cleaning this good every day. The location is great too. It is in Vila 30, which is just a 10 minute walk from the center of Vila dos Remedios, which has a many shops and restaurants. This means that the pousada is in a much quieter part of the island, but still very centrally located. It's right next to a small market and one of the best restaurants on the island, Varanda, is just a short walk away. Overall, we really loved the location and would recommend it to others. There legitimately wasn't anything about the hotel that we didn't like. In general, the speed of the internet is not fast anywhere on the island, and that was true at this hotel as well, so don't plan on doing lots of video calling from Fernando de Noronha, but in many ways that just adds to the island's charm. It's an opportunity to disconnect and soak in the natural beauty.
