Good location and good staff. We had some difficulties with cleaning, specially the bathroom.

The helpful and friendly people. Any question, any request is not too much for the team. The lack of a small seat outside the room. Having a small bench or seat on the veranda in front of the room would increase the functionality of the room so much

The location, not too far from everything. Easy to find. All taxis knew where it was. Breakfast waa good, a lot of variety and polite staff despite the language barrier. The check in was not smooth. No one was there to welcomed us. A lady needed to call the manager so he could gives us they key. After a five hours flight, we were expecting more service. Not even a glass of water.

Clean and modern facilities. The staff is amazing! The triple room was very small.

The pousada was mostly clean, hot water in the shower, the breakfast guy was nice and the breakfast was okay. Location is fine- not super close to anything but not very far away. The space is very small, not good for little kids at all. There is no where to sit and relax at all. Breakfast was very chaotic as there was only one man doing everything, he really needed more help. Some mornings we came in and there was no where to sit , no clean plates or spoons. Not enough fruit served and too many sweets. There is no one on the property at night. We were traveling with our 1 year old and had requested a crib and I had confirmed with the property to have the crib for our 7 night stay. The crib was in the room the first night but the second day, the crib was taken out of the room and given to another family with a baby. No one informed us at all or asked if there was another solution. Overall I thought the staff was unprofessional. We booked our trip last minute so there was limited choices but I would never actually recommend this pousada unfortunately.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Location was also nice - close to a lot of restaurants, yet far enough away to be quiet. Also walking distance to several nice beaches. Breakfast was good. While room was modern and nice, walls had a few places of paint chipping and curtain was dirty.

Great reception, the manager Juliano was very polite and helpful. Provided us with some great tips about the island, what to do and where to eat. The room was very clean, and everything was working properly. The location was very close to Vila dos Remedios, the "downtown" of the island. The breakfast was delicious and full of great choices of fruits, bread, juices, coffee, etc. And the best part is that Lili, the lady who cared for the breakfast, made some really amazing tapiocas and omelets! Kudos to Lili! The internet worked, but it could be improved, unfortunately, that's an issue across the island. So no big deal. The full-sized bed is actually two single beds put together which is not great for sleeping as a couple, but it worked well for us.

Breakfast was excellent and so was staff members attention and willingness to help with any questions we had. Issues we had were promptly responded to and resolved. The room was apart from the main building and was quite dark. We needed the lights on also in the middle of the day. This is not shown in the photos, which are taken from the main building where indeed rooms have large glass doors and are very light.
