Blue Sky Hôtel

Amazing stay at BlueSky hotel , The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Fes. Will definitely come back!

The location in the Batha area of the Medina is excellent, close to the main attractions and easy to find. The service was disappointing; the man at the reception was not welcoming, and during breakfast, he served other guests first, even though I had arrived before them. The room was also below expectations for the price, not really a good value for money.

The location Friendly staff

We chose the hotel beacuse it advertises free parking lots. No such thing, had to park on the street and paid to the locals. Admin asked 4€ for the city tax, that I paid with bigger banknote. Never got the exhange money back from her. She looked me in the eyes many times as I was passing her coming and going to/from hotel, nothing. When checking out she was simply missing. Breakfast was lacking of options and was very plain. Choose something else for Your stay.

Location was perfect! Outside the old city (which is good for parking), and still very close to it (1 minute walk). Staff was kind and helpful. Staff managed to keep a parking spot for our car right outside the hotel. Breakfast was rich, tasty and varied. No lift in the property (staff helped us carry the suitcases). In our room, the dresser drawers were broken. There was no safe in the room.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The beds were too hard for our liking.

Location is good, only 5 minutes walk from Blue gate. It’s convenient. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good. Shower doesn’t have curtain, when you have shower, water get everywhere.

It was really comfortable and I feel thankful to staff that they provided a heater in the room, because I was sick. We had a perfect parking spot. Everything was great. I am pretty sure if I would ask, I could get everything from the staff, to make our stay comfortable. But I didn’t ask and there were no kettle for tea and no cups, but I asked for the glasses and it was provided.

The bed was uncomfortable, and both the room and overall facilities could have been cleaner. Given the price I paid for the booking, I expected better quality and some upgrades

Found no towels, no toilet papers, only one tiny soap (for two of us!). Had to go to reception and ask for it. Toilet seat was broken. For 50 euro in such a hotel in Fes it was overpriced.

A good location near the blue gate entrance to the medina. Quite a spacious room and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Air conditioning worked well. Wi-Fi is excellent. Not as advertised. On Booking.com it says that the hotel provides free toiletries, towels and a wardrobe. None of these were in the room or available. Also only about a third of a toilet roll and no more. Also very strangely the toilet roll holder is in the shower! Not even some hand soap provided, which I would consider absolutely basic. Toilet seat does not fit properly and the bed is the hardest I have ever come across.

Its located in a good place They call it a Hotel but it’s a Riad. The breakfast was horrendous and not inclusive at all. Most of their stuff had nuts and flies. I have never left a breakfast that quick in 27 countries that I’ve been too. They never cleaned my room. Room smelt of drain. No lighting in the room. Male Hotel receptionist is not friendly at all and is always moody. He responds to your questions in a rude manner. However Houda was great and always smiled!

Size and on first floor so access as easy as it could be at this Hotel. The mosque not going off outside the window
