It is an amazing hotel. We felt like walked into a palace. We were warmly greeted and welcomed right away, and were upgraded to a Jr suite upon check in. The Jr suite is like a miniature palace with amazing views into the court yard. The breakfast is great and so are the dinner, with amazing views into the Medina. This hotel made our Fez stay extra memorable! None

Everything. Room was incredible - we had the Ambassador suite and it was palatial. Pool was fantastic, restaurant fantastic, common areas fantastic, incredible Library, great location, extremely professional staff. Nothing at all.

Absolutely amazing, truly a masterpiece! Honestly, without exaggeration, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We booked a standard room and they upgraded us to a luxury suite. The hotel itself feels like a museum — you could spend half a day just enjoying and admiring all the beautiful details. This is the kind of hotel I wouldn’t mind paying $1000 a night for. The staff are super friendly, awesome, and everything about the place is just great. Beautiful place. Great breakfast The service was not at expectation of hotel. No one showed us how to use things in the room (heat, safe), not helpful with directions, needed to ask for everything.

The restaurant is great, convenient to call taxi, far from the core of the old town Room is old fashioned and small and not much cute public corners as in a Riad
