Palais Nazha Fes - Luxury Lodging

The manager, Amin, was very accommodating. And the day time staff, Zaniab and Anis, were friendly and helpful. They made extra efforts to ensure that we had what we needed and were well taken care of. The service here is excellent! And the location was good - close to the Medina but not in it, so it was much quieter.

Beautiful building and room, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Amazing hospitality. Amine and Zineb were wonderful in helping us with arranging tours of the Medina and with late departure.

The power outlets are poorly located, making it difficult to charge a phone. And WiFi is bad

Wonderful location for parking car and access to Riad and Medina. Room was fabulous size and confort, We had a ground floor room so noise from guests arriving late and staff arriving early am to cook breakfast was somewhat of an issue. Ask for an upper floor room

Very well located, staff is wonderful, always willing to help and trying to find solutions to make your stay perfect Nothing but i would recommend having more choices for the breakfast. Maybe fruits and dates would be great

The property doesn’t merit a five star review. The people are great and accommodating, but the property itself is in need of updating. Poor bedding, uncomfortable bed, sand paper towels. Shower was broken.

The courtyard was beautiful, and dinner was excellent. The staff are very attentive to details. Mohammad and Asan were very helpful.

Outstanding, personalized service! Great, comfy, clean room. Ahmed treated us so well. He was extremely kind and helped us out with all of our requests. Arranged a personal, private tour for us of the Medina since we didn't already have one. A truly one of a kind person who goes above and beyond for his customers to make them feel comfortable. Would recommend this Riyadh again and again. Nothing. Would stay again here again.

Great place to stay and good hospitality

Location is excellent in the old city. A little bit pricey.

Great location within the medina. Lovely traditional riad. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was really good, and the one dinner we had here was excellent (and you can order wine).
