A beautiful, historic place to stay right in the heart of the medina! The location is perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was our favorite of anywhere we stayed during our two week trip through Morocco. My husband and friend also had a great experience at the hammam and spa. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to relax and unwind after exploring the medina. The riad is in an incredible location right by the Blue Gate, with easy access to shops and some excellent restaurants. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. nothing, it was perfect

the staff was extremely professional My family enjoyed the dinner that we ordered upon arrival however if you have food sensitivities, please over state it to the staff so that they can address it. I informed them however I still suffered an allergic reaction which halt activities for me and my family. On another note, they did everything they could to help me overcome the reaction.

It was a beautiful riad and located in such a perfect spot in the Medina. Our host, Fayssal was amazing. He gave us great store and restaurant recommendations and was so nice to us.

Room was good. workers were helpful. Nice people. Hammam was awesome. Hotel is little far from main road, where no car can go. so if you want someone from hotel to come and take your luggage then the local person can come to you but will ask MDH 20 MDH for that. not covered by Hotel. but in other hotel in Fez and Marrakesh it was covered by Hotel. Kind of old type of room but the real Riad feeling. No water boiler machine and milk facility for kids in morning. if you need hot water for coffee or drink need to wait for breakfast. Be specific about money (how much and for each activity), if you want to book any additional workshops/activity or city tour from Hotel to avoid the surprises at the end. We booked the Pottery workshop and city tour together, we had agreement with EUR 50 in which I was expecting EUR 25 is for taxi and city tour and EUR 25 for workshop. so I no need to pay at workshop separately. but Hotel person was expecting that I will pay at workshop also again EUR 25. so there was some miscommunication happened but at the end it was sorted and they agreed.

The staffs are great, extremely friendly.. The shower doesn't drain water in my room. Also the room has smell.

Great location in the old Medina of Fes, not far from the parking, but still in some walking distance. Very nice national interior, and Moroccan vibe. Hotel is offering unique bath attributes. Breakfast was very good, as well as tea provided any time. Faisal is a very good reception who is always ready to help you lack of windows (very small traditional style)

The location of this Riad is great for travelers looking to get out and explore the area in the Medina, it's located directly off a main corridor in the Medina, close to the Blue Gate, shops and ample food options! We LOVED our Hamman/massage service the staff was amazing and it was an excellent experience overall. The only constructive criticism I've got is the guide that was offered, he was more keen on giving us a shopping tour (which we did want) and less of a history lesson of the Medina and the overall city, which we also wanted but didn't receive.

Great location in the heart of the Medina. Fantastic staff, beautiful facilities, and a great terrace. Nothing.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Loved our stay at this Riad. It's perfectly located in the Medina, easy to find. The room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was a delight. Highly recommended!

The gents from the staff were absolutely great. The breakfast is good, the interior beautiful and the 3 roof terraces (1 with a small swimming pool) were the best. To be improved (if possible) is the continuous flow of warm water from the shower. This riad is not suitable for people needing an elevator. Also, the stairs are uneven, so take attention.

Fantastic riad if you're looking for a traditional stay in Fez. Room had a decent size and was really comfy. Breakfast was traditional and amazing, location is is excellent if you're wanting to stay in the medina Staff was very helpful and they offer amazing services in the SPA All in all, and amazing place to stay Really nitpicking here, but generally, breakfast was served a bit late, which was an issue for our tour on the last day The bathroom also gets a bit wet because there is no curtain

Beautiful old, converted house in the heart of the Medina. Great location. European style breakfast. They made a big deal about being wary of touts and unscrupulous tour operators prior to arrival, however, the tour guide that they proposed to us took us to many touristy shops when we specifically asked not to, and seemed quite disappointed with us when we did not buy anything, especially from the tour guide’s rug-selling friend. Maybe the tour guide was getting a commission from the merchants.

For some reason towels that were folded and put in the bathroom every day were damp (clean but damp) so we just hung them to dry so we could use them. Also I do not like it when staff unplugs your electronics while you are out and about. And again like many many places in Morocco general public areas are always cold.

Beautiful Riad right in the heart of the Medina but quiet and relaxing! Kind and helpful staff—thanks Fefe and Aliza! Wonderful experience in a well curated home.

  • Engine customer Nov 2025

The breakfast was delicious with lots of hot Moroccan tea. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. The building has been beautifully restored. The hotel is in the heart of the Medina. Loads of things happening around. The shops, the narrow, steep and winding streets. The cafes with yummy food and full of customers. Nothing that we didn't like

Good location and beautiful common area.

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

Very helpful and kind staff, very comfortable big room, good location inside old Medina but close to outer pickup points for tours’ transportation. Piece of advieñce to fellow travelers to Morocco: If you plan to explore the city old Medina every day, it’s worthy to stay inside. Otherwise, it’s more comfortable and efficient, to go there just for a tour and shopping. Although breakfast was good, it might be more assorted.

    Nothing special
