Gorgeous authentic traditional decor
-
Room is a bit small.

Rooms are comfortable and clean! The rooftop is amazing with an astonishing view over the city (great for sunsets) Finally, I would like to warmly thank the staff, especially Abdesamad, Aymane and Aziz who were super kind to us, professionals and did their best to make our stay exceeding the expectations
-
Super helpful staff (especially Aziz), comfy rooms (good size, with comfortable beds), nice view from terrace (higher than surrounding buildings), pretty architecture (especially the ceilings), good breakfast (eggs, coffee, tea, and more), location (just off a main road for easy taxi access, also close to both the tourist and Andalusian median districts), calm and relaxed (no road noise, and plenty of corners to relax and read a book), good private taxi tour of fes sites outside the medina (decent price, and flexible if you want to see more, only one - genuine & optional - cooperative shop stop). Minor bathroom issues (Hot water slow, minor toilet smell, and drainage issues), minor issues with air con (heating was a bit weak or noisy at times), and a bit tired in places (bathrooms and duvets), no coffee in rooms. Be aware, there is no lift (like most Riads) and you have to ring a bell to get in (you don't get a front door key)

Breakfast need attention No cheese No fresh orange juice

All the staff was very kind, specially the young Aziz, polite and helpufull! The hot water delay too much in the shower, that means waste of water and time..

The riad is incredible, like a palace. And Hamid’s attention was superb. The best riad we stay at in Morocco. Totally recommended.

Nice and helpfull staff Shower in one suite was not ok but staff changed our room. Problem Solved!
-
The most beautiful riad ever! We asked for a room on the ground floor as I have an ankle injury and staff ensured this was possible. We really enjoyed our contact with Hamid and Aziz. They were friendly and helpful, arranged tours and taxi's. Nothing

How friendly and helpful the staff were, especially Aziz and Hamid. They could not do enough for us and both were amazing. Abdelhadi, the manager helped us organise the various excursions that we wanted to do. There was no hard sell and he managed to get the best prices for us. It was my wife 60th birthday during our stay and all the staff made it a wonderful memorable day for her. They even got presents for her! Highly recommend this wonderful riad. Nothing not to like.

Passable

The riad is on the outskirts of the Medina. Location was perfect. Our suite was upstairs looking into the center courtyard. Living there made us feel like royalty especially the breakfast that was served in the morning. The host is hospitable and was ready to always help.

Very respectful people at the riad The shower was a bit broken

The entrance is a bit dark

This building is an astonishingly beautiful piece of history. Big rooms. Lots of space and exceptional service from the owner and staff especially Abdo to whom nothing was a problem. Location in the Medina but close enough to the streets outside so access is simple. Super breakfast included to set you up for the day There is no elevator and we had to climb 6 flights of steep stairs to get to our room but really it was not a problem Didn’t bother us but there is no TV and spotty internet

Very friendly and nice staff and very good food. Highly recommended

The architecture is great. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean. The AC is good. They gave us the choice between two rooms; one on the 4th floor and one on the 2nd floor. The breakfast is very sweet without eggs or cheese. No daily cleaning for the room. There are no hooks to hang the clothes in the bathroom. There's no fridge. Not enough space for our bags.
