Very clean hotel with exceptionally clean rooms. The staff are lovely, always smiling, helpful, and welcoming. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere; you feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you arrive. Nothing to complain about

Their breakfast is good and bed good. We were left very cold for the days we stayed there and it was unpleasant for our wedding anniversary. Too Awful room air temperature despite that we complained about it few times. Overly decorated very poor toilet ventilation. No wardrobe to hang clothes.

A nice welcoming staff and beautiful Hotel. The manager took great care of us and the facilities great. Also the breakfast was amazing. All in all, a great stay.

The staff is kind, attentive and accommodating for all requests. The room have good size and are well furnished; in particular, I found the bed really comfortable. I liked the location because I had the opportunity to go across the medina to reach the Blue Gate, which is the main location in the Medina Going back to the location, traversing thr Medina is not that easy for the first time, and there are few food options around the Hotel. There was some cigarette smell coming inside the bedroom at night; I assume it was from neighbour rooms.

The breakfast was next to none, the breakfast was beautiful. I really enjoyed it. The staff are very professional, helpful and always their to meet your needs. Honestly nothing I can think off. My stay was perfect.
