Thebreakfast and location are EXCELLENT. Coffee machine wasn't attended when it ran out of water, etc.

The Hotel location is central and quite. You can walk around to the marina and all busy areas. The room was clean with all basic requirements. The staff are friendly and helpful. The AC is not that good specially in June as the weather is very hot outside. The stairs are very narrow for carrying the luggage upstairs as there is no elevator.

Everything room facilities location The stairs too narrow had to be very careful specially if carrying bags or stuff . However staff were very helpful when arriving and leaving with bags.

Staff very helpful. Room excellent. We knew there was no lift at the property when we booked but we were not prepared for such a confined sharp spiral staircase. Especially challenging with suitcases.

Stay was perfect. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and great quality. A big recommendation if you want to “feel home” during your stay at an appartment-hotel mix. Only missing thing is an elevator. The rest is perfect.

Good location, near to the city center. Wholesome breakfast. Small parking available on the back street. Personnel - good people who are ready to help 24/7. Clean apartments with everything you need during your stay. One-way heavy traffic in this location.

Good location with a good coffee shop next door. Room small for a hotel room let alone an apartment. Air conditioning difficult to adjust and noisy; eventually I gave up on it. Staff not particularly helpful; seemed bored

Clean, spacious, nice to have a washing machine. Nice to have access to a beach. Blinds didn’t close properly, no drying rack for washing, walls and doors not sound proof - could hear a group yelling and talking in the stairwell and in the bathroom. Breakfast average - pastries hard and stale. Beach access was nice but not the cleanest.

The place is nice, renovated and very well located right in city center. Employees that don’t help with bags. Breakfast is really weak. No lift.

Nice quiet room, traditional Turkish breakfast, rather close to bus station (useful to visit Oludeniz and other nearest places) and to Old Town and Marina. Pay attention that there is no elevator/lift

Good breakfast. Room well equipped with washing machine to do laundry. Walking distance from harbour as well as Amyntas Rock Tombs. No parking at hotel, but could find parking space close by.

it’s clean and good value of money

We were upgraded and got the the deluxe rooms. These rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and were very clean. No lift. staircase is steep and narrow. Breakfast was a pre-made platter and one cup of coffee or tea. An extra cup would cost you extra. No parking, you can park on the street for a fee.
