Nce relaxing hotel, rooms clean and sufficient. Lovely quiet relaxing pool area that was spotless

i would like to say that i didn't like anythink at all, but that would be a lie. the only nice thing about this hotel was the pool - and even that was cold. The only amazing and kind person was the evening bartender, but even the drink cost 10 euros. Our experience with this hotel was terrible. First of all, I’d like to mention the much-praised breakfast – it's the same every day, nothing changes, and nothing new is added. Every day, it's just bread with salami, butter, or jam. You can also "choose" a salad, which you make yourself from tomatoes, cucumbers, and green or black olives. So, if you want scrambled eggs or an omelet, they tell you: "maybe next year." What a shame. Next: the rooms – absolutely horrifying. The entire bathroom smells like mold, which is found in the uncleaned shower – you can see it in the pictures. The toilet – every time you flush, dirty water starts flowing out of the toilet, which is very "hygienic." The sink, where you wash your hands, is wobbly and barely stands, with silicone applied just for appearance. The hairdryer shuts off after a few minutes or overheats, leaving you with the option of going to bed either with wet hair or burned hair. The bed covers are yellowed. So, if you ask for a clean cover, you get a yellowed sheet to cover yourself with. When we asked for housekeeping to clean our room, they told us the cleaner was sick, and there was no one else to do it for next 3 days. ? Here is the translation of the text: "When my fiancé and I were still hungry after breakfast, we bought some snacks at a store because the hotel had nothing to offer. We needed a spoon to eat, so we went to the dining area, where a man started yelling at us to return the spoons immediately, saying we couldn't use them. We responded by asking how we were supposed to eat if we were hungry? The man replied, 'I'll give you plastic ones.' So, we took the plastic spoons from him, but they broke immediately after we stuck them into the food???

After booking had a quick and polite courtesy email from Ramazan which I thought was very nice, made all the difference to the experience. We had a special request and though it was not confirmed the hotel was courteous in their reply. They even looked for an airport shuttle company which they also put us in touch with very quickly. Having now returned from my trip, I can say that I have had a really nice stay. The rooms were clean, service was provided whenever we asked. The pool area is brand new, only just built so that was great. The hotel is made up of the 30 rooms split away from the old Karbel Beach hotel. The area around the rooms and pool are new and the flowers look nice, they just need a little more time to establish. The price we paid to stay and the breakfast we received were on par. I have no complaints, though limited options its perfect for what the rooms cost. They provided late checkout for a small fee which was expected. We did not buy any food or drinks at the hotel and so cannot comment on this, but if they displayed prices then that may have encouraged us to make a purchase. This is a family run Hotel and everyone was nice, we spent a long having chats with the owners with the use of Google Translate, they showed me pictures of all the work they put in to get the Hotel open for the 2024 season which was very nice and I liked they're commitment to improving their business. The location is great and local shops all nearby, the outside was clean. They provided room service when we needed this, thank you. The breakfast was value for money, it was enough to get the day started but over time they will improve the options as they get more bookings. - Please improve the breakfast items before I visit again next year. - When guests book in, please explain the breakfast times and facilities Other than this we were very happy with our visit, thank you to all the Family!

Honestly we took the chance of a last minute break. It was just what we wanted, in fact most of the time the pool was ours, just like private villa.It needs more English folk to visit. We chatted to the staff and they have lots of locals going for a break, like 2 days. For what we paid it was second to none. Clean bedding and towels every day, beers brought to us at the pool in ice cold glasses. I think if more brits go breakfast will change as it’s very Turkish , salade, olives, feta, breads etc. we ate there 3 of the 7 days as included. It’s 1 min to the beach , bars and restaurants. Dolmas bus to hisaronu, Fethiye etc. we cannot fault it, we loved it. Thank you to you all, we’ve been home a few hours and want to come back. Claire and Bob Breakfast just geared for locals but it would change I’m sure.

I loved the location and the swimming pool. The room was clean and spacey. Clean bathroom as well. There wasn't any room service, you had to go to the reception if you needed anything, but it wasn't too bad.

Location is toop.. Reception staff are good ..thank you bora The shower is small and old. I think the price is exaggerated.
