The laundry service was very expensive but quick.

The location is ideal, in a restricted traffic area with many restaurants nearby. You can walk close to the pier, and there are many restaurants and shops open until midnight. The room was comfortable and had USB ports for charging phones. The only odd thing was that the shower had just one glass side, while the other was open, which caused the floor to get wet every time we showered. It’s the first time I’ve seen a room like this, and I work in hotels with the Marriott chain. Definitely the bathroom shower

Great breakfast and topside pool. The chap on reception was a tad surly though competent. Unfortunately it was an alchol free hotel- no big deal but a beer on the roof top pool would have been just great

Mold in the bathroom, and woke up at 00:30 and gave me a prayers mat without any known cause.

Only the location everything other than the location. Beds and pillows are very hard, the view is very bad from balcony (building under construction), reception is slow and without smile.

We had a booking confirmation for two rooms with double beds and instead we received two rooms with separate beds. The staff was not very supportive, just said that they know about the issue but they have no rooms.left. Take it or leave it... Bathroom smelled like mold. Breakfast was poor..

The hotel is typically geared towards Turkish tourists, no one speaks English at the reception, it is difficult to report any inconveniences because it is difficult to communicate at the reception. After paying by card on site, they tried to charge my card again via booking.com. Terrible stench in the bathroom from the sewage system, it was unbearable. The air conditioning worked very poorly, the rooms need renovation as well as the bathroom. The breakfasts at the hotel are very, very poor, you have to change it, there were not even any juices. The only positives are the swimming pool with a beautiful view and the location in the very center.

Nice Pool, location and night reception was excellent service. Breakfast was so basic, chips bread boiled eggs and salad. No fruit, no juice. Very noisy and I don’t think it’s very suitable into European holiday makers more local clientele.
