Location was excellent Instead of a Queen or double bed, two mattresses were put together which resulted in a very bad backache

staff wake me up at midnight to pay , while I already slept, very bad service

Hate the pillows and bedsheets. And the bed is so soft.

Our roomy, beautiful suite was clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries. The hotel sits in a great location with a view of the marina right out our large windows, as well as a family friendly park. The restaurant downstairs was very popular. The taxi stand was directly behind the hotel. This is a great location for families and couples to enjoy strolling, with a good selection of restaurants nearby. It was a fabulous choice.

No hangers. The tiny paper cups. You may not have the facilities to wash mugs but maybe you can have an arrangement with the coffee shop , Gloria Jeans, to supply mugs. Good advertising for them.

Amazing location if you want to live near the center and open area diagonally in front of it. Plus parking. Because of the taxi stand hard to find the exact location.

Super nice staff, extremely helpful, genuinely nice and helpful. Beautiful room, with forrest view, super comfy bed. They sinked my bookings so i could stay in the same room and replied fast on emails. After a warm welcome they let me check-in super early! The location is great! Minutes walking to the Marina/ boulevard: shops/ restaurants. Pro tip (from the staff) to take the taxi boat to Cali 4 min walk; next to address restaurant) The fish market is great and old town and i loved trio restaurant (15 min) and the Lycian rock formations across from Kings garden restaurant! (20 min walk). They also offer nice tours. I did the horse riding: with a swim; nice people, good horses; they treat them well. Excellent for beginners and fam with kids (for advanced riders they have the forrest trail). Will look forward to come back the next time. Nothing bad, the elevator was under maintenance) staff offered to carry the bags; super nice! I could not get the fridge to work ( my bad i forgot to ask them; yes it was plugged in/ button turned on inside) and key in the room/ with lights in. The airco takes some time and only works (logically) when you have the key in the room in that thing on the wall) it gets super hot when in summer.

Great staff! Helped me arrange a boat tour for a good price. Harbor view was lovely. Rooms are a bit small and dated, but clean and comfortable.

I love it Washroom needs to be cleaned and fixed specially the flush

Location on the marina boardwalk and near the old town was perfect. Bathroom needed some better maintenance.

Somedays it was a bit noisy

The fact that we had a room with the sea view… it felt like you were living on the beach once you opened the balcony door I felt they could have provided or offered another blanket. Pillows were not very nice ?

The location was fabulous! All good

No iron in the room and on the hotel service desk, no iron/laundry service at all. 1 full day we didn’t have hot/cold water in our room. No shower, not working WC, no availability to wash hands. Nobody expressed any apologies for that, no compensation for this bad service. We were staying in May 15-16, 2025
