Breakfast included as well as use of the pool. AC is excellent help and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful. English speaking staff were excellent. Left luggage after checkout and it was no problem for the hotel. Highly recommended hotel.

Location was great. Across the street from the Tuesday market, we walked through it to go to the harbour. The main staff spoke English well-enough and the afternoon guy was quite nice. The price was low for the area, but you get what you pay for. The room and hotel smelled of cigarettes, more so than the 6 other hotels we visited so far in Türkiye (in a "non-smoking" room). It didn't feel clean : it had spider webs and a big spider near the TV. The double bed was uncomfortable : it was hard, against a wall on one side and dipped in the middle making both sleepers converge while sleeping. The shower head was not fixed, so we had to aim it with one hand, washing ourselves with the other. Wifi was so bad in the room we barely used it, relying instead on our cell signals. The breakfast was stale and there were people smoking inside and on the patio. Even staff smoked inside the hotel during breakfast. We saw staff take leftover food from a customer's plate and put it back in the buffet. We had to ask twice for milk to be brought out for coffee (instant coffee which we made ourselves).

Fantastic stay, staff were great with me, they couldnt help any more! Good breakfast choice. I would definetly stay again. Amazing value for money. Thank you.

Good location in Fethiye for what I wanted. Near the Tues/Fri market, not too far from old city and promenade. The room was small, but for the price that's to be expected. However they fit all the required facilities into the space very well. The room was very clean, freshly sanitised before we arrived. Off street parking was great as Fethiye is a madhouse for driving, so great to be able to park somewhere safe. The main issue we hit was the breakfast. Most concerning was the meat had spots of mold on it. Be careful and check what you pick to eat from the buffet.

Comfortable bed but no top sheet. Good bathroom and hot shower. Room balcony nice area to sit out in.. Friendly and helpful staff on the whole. Wooden floors made it noisy at night with banging doors and people talking in corridors. Building In need of some internal refurbishment. Pool not open despite start of season. Breakfast very limited and uninspiring. Wouldn't stay again as probably better value available elsewhere for similar price. Lots of dusty road repairs outside hotel.

Location was great, 10 minutes from bus station, 5 minutes from the ruins and 10-15 minutes walk from the harbour and promanade. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was without water but as i was at the beginning of april it was understandable.

Helpful staff. Good value. Clean comfortable room. Can't complain for what I paid. Breakfast poor just bread olives and tomatoes. Pool out of use. Wifi in room bad however staff did allow me to use the staff network for free

The location is good. Wifi is good too. Breakfast variety needs to be added. The rooms and washrooms needs to be newly furnished. Lift should be added in the facility.

The staff is very nice. We booked the Jeep Safari with the hotel and we were satisfied. The breakfast was very good and delicious. Good location: near the city center and otogar (bus station). The bus stop for Oludeniz is just in front of the hotel. There was no fridge in the room. No safe but the hotel is very secure. The room is not cleaned during your stay.

-The staff was really nice -Allot of restaurants and markets were nearby -close to the see -the bed was comfortable It was ok for a 1 night stay -The photos were so much different than reality i was so disappointed when i saw the rooms they were so small -the pool was not so clean and it was so small -breakfast was ok not that good -i will not recommend it for families
