The worse stay in a hotel of this scale honestly, the breakfast is very bad, the omelette stinks and the variety is limited and extremely poor. The staff isn’t that much better either, the reception staff were nice, but the cleaning ladies don’t seem to care. They’d come in to the room and only replace the toilet paper, they wouldn’t do the bed, or put any shampoo or shower gel. The amounts of times we had to go to the reception and get it ourselves is insane. And then we complained and they came in and cleaned the room but didn’t even changed the towels. I would never stay in this place again. Definitely not worth the money.

Location is just in heart of the town and shopping area , and 10 minutes walking from the old city, 4 minutes from the port. and staff were very helpful , and staff were very helpful , I needed some help in the transportation location and means , reception lady was very helpful . Hotel facilitate my early check in at 9:30 AM which was great for me as I had long trip. Room was very clean. bathroom and shower were convenient My room was with city view (view was great) but curtains were light ones that did not block the sun light and woke me up at early hour , might 6 or 5 AM.

The cleaning could be better. Bathroom was not cleaned after the first day.

Bed sheet and pillow was dirty, wrinkled. Has stains, it was awful

There was a strong cigarette smell in the room each time I came in. I had to keep the patio door open whenever I left to air it out. I think the smell came from the ventilation system.

Amazing and friendly stuff, the manager Murat was very helpful, the room was very clean, the location of the hotel was great just, 2 mins walking distance to the city center and from the bus station. My stay was perfect.

Nice and modern hotel. The staff on reception had no knowledge of english language. The breakfast was served on the plate (picture below) and was the same every day. As the breakfast was served in the coffe shop you could not choose what you want and needed to eat only what was on the plate. Wifi works only with room number and passport number however we were four and on one phone it was not working at all.

Great experience! Great new hotel! Was not to sure wether to go ahead at first due to it being new and not having much reviews, but it turns out perfect! Great location, located in busy town centre and just a few minutes walk away to the pier which is perfect to find boats for island jumps, scuba diving etc. The room is very nice and clean, staffs are very friendly though they do not speak English (which is common in Turkey and they are quite used to using Google translator). There is also an ATM downstairs which is very convenient for cash withdrawals. The breakfast is also amazing, it was traditional Turkish breakfast and was served in their café downstairs. Overall I would 100% recommend! Maybe train the staffs better - the night shift staff did not speak English and was very slow on the computer when checking us in - took about to check all 9 of us in. The other thing is not to do with hotel, but maybe it could put itself on the local app maps more? The local taxi drivers does not seem to be familiar with this hotel location, there is another hotel with very similar name and it took the driver a while to figure out where the hotel is even with us showing it on map to him.
