Nefis Hotel Oludeniz

Good

We stayed one night and it was really great. Room was clean and shower had great water pressure. Also the breakfast was terrific I wish the shower was a tad hotter but it was still very warm.

Would only visit once, won't be a repeat customer. The pillows were hard as a rock, l had to make my own pillow using my husband's padded jacket stuffed in to a pillow case. The chef did not need to stand in the service area all grumpy every morning making sure everyone was behaving themselves. We hated the rock hard pillows.

Staff are neglectful when we came our room was dirty with stains on the floor and a dirty toilet and staff are generally rude and act unbothered when you ask a question like it’s not part of their job description. Shocking people. Even water is not provided they remove the water as soon as buffer is done. Water should be a human right. I would have given this hotel a 0/10 if possible. The only reason I gave a 1 is for location.

We Arrived there at 2am in morning my card wouldn’t work in the machine because of a Turkish card machine he kept saying I didn’t have the money in the account. I showed him the money in my account on my online banking then demanded I go and get the cash out and I couldn’t get the cash out anywhere he decided to tell me that it would be okay for me to pay £100 cash to stay the night after trying to find cash points to draw £2000 cash out which I knew wasn’t going to happen after 1 hour of no joy then I had go and get the money out in the morning couldn’t find any bank in the morning to get all the money out only could get £400 a day out so I wasn’t very happy at all with the attitude and the way they dealt with things. So we decided to leave and go and try and find somewhere else the rooms are very basic and not worth the money there was asking for so decided to leave the property and go and find somewhere else to stay, as I was leaving five people from the hotel trying to intimidate me to pay more money and saying I couldn’t leave so I had to give him another £50 they had all my family crying and very upset wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any English person because it is a Turkish run hotel and I don’t think they make English people very welcome

We stay here for three nights, but we became very worried, when we reached in hotel and see our room, very expensive,and breakfast was not good, doesn't recommend Hotel is not according to the price,that we gave them

Lovely little hotel, very clean, staff friendly, shops and bars so close. Mushroom pasta amazing. Will come back again.

What I like the most in this hotel is like very quiet and he has a beautiful view and mr hasan was so helpful with us every time smiling Mr mates was like very disrespectful I like that at all we decide to book 6 more days in this hotel because of him we didn't stay any more night

Nice rooms Nothing

We have stayed at the Nefis hotel on previous occasions and have always found it to be very pleasant. It is in a quiet location and just a 5 minute walk into the main town of Hisoranu. Lovely pool, very clean rooms and pleasant staff. We ate at lunchtime, the food was excellent value for money. The bar doesn't serve alcohol, but fridges are provided in the rooms, so you can BYO!

Clean, room was great. Pool area very well maintained and quiet. Only a very short walk from the main strip, perfect location away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was fine. Free Pool and Table Tennis for kids. No card payment accepted for meals As it is a Turkish family run hotel the bar is alcohol free but the supermarket is only a short walk away

Pool Old bad washrooms without any curtains… it’s like some old building where in they threw some beds and furniture that’s it

The best hotel I stayed in my Turkey’s road trip. It was better then a 4 stars hotel I stayed before. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom wide, pool with restaurant near is amazing, they have a few of kitch objects and statues near the pool but this is a no importance detail. You can feel like a family environment and receptionist was really kind. I liked everything

Outdoor facilities eg table tennis and billiard Very basic room, no tent in the shower (bathroom always flooded when you get a shower) and hardly working sink. Lots of dust below the beds. No place to hang towels. Extremely basic breakfast. Breakfast started at 8am but when we departed we were denied breakfast at 7:50 (the day before the the person at the lobby had said “no problem”)

The front desk staff was friendly. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery shops. Breakfast was good. Ac didn’t work properly. No divider or glass door between shower room and washroom floor. It was a constant worry for us not to flood the washroom floor. Bathroom fixtures like towel stand or bathroom tissue roll holder or other things were so old and low quality as if they would break any time. Paid a high price(around $250) for a five beds room per night. They should renovate and improve the quality of room amenities.
