Swimming pool, mountain views and buffet provided at dinner was the best part. waiters were very polite and helpful This is certainly not a 5* hotel, if you have stayed in a 5* before you will notice the difference. I would rate it as a 3* The bedrooms are not soundproof, you can hear everyone walking and talking through the corridors, we used to wake up early every morning due to the noise. The hotel had only iron that was shared amongst the whole hotel (70 rooms). Our toiletries were not replenished daily, I had to keep asking the cleaner for towels and toilet tissue. They only provided us with 2 beach towels and you could only get a replacement if you bring back the other 2 even if there wet. Shower in my room had a leak. The door to the private pool access was locked and therefore we wasn’t able to use the pool for the first 2 days. There’s hardly any space to walk around your bedroom or bathroom. Breakfast and lunch were standard and the only fresh fruit provided was watermelon. They only offer one shuttle bus to go Fethiye at 11am everyday. Reception staff were unhelpful and stuck up. Works were also being carried out to the palm trees whilst we’re walking to the restaurant, a hazard to our health and safety. The spa staff are also in your face every time you walk past them to go to the restaurant, they keep offering you their service and wait for you everyday until you actually book. I regrettably booked a service and my back is still suffering from the massage i had there. We paid for a sofa bed and it wasn’t even set up for us so the first night we didn’t have any pillows or bedsheets for it. There was also only one power socket available for use in the whole room. The shower is located on the other side of your room, so when you come out the private pool, you have to walk past your whole room to get to the shower, making the floor all wet! The hotel also charged my bank account almost £100 without my knowledge for a sterling transaction fee and has still not refunded me for this. Booking.com confirmed they also charged a different amount to what stated on my booking.

Able to accommodate family members with an extra bed in a room. Proximity to beautiful beach via shuttle. The food area cleanliness needs improvement as well as the quality of dinner meals. There was a pasta show but no meat was included in pasta. There was no Chinese food show as mentioned in hotel handout. The meat dishes in the buffet were chewy. The bed mattress was rock hard and bed didn't have a comforter but only a thin sheet which made sleeping really uncomfortable at night especially with the AC on. I was able to find a blanket in the closet but it didn't look like it had been washed in a while. The shuttle to the beach at 11 am and return at 5 pm was good but I wish it had more trips to return to the hotel for lunch. The way the times are set you end up having to buy expensive lunches at the beach. If you need anything you'll have to go to the front desk as there isn't enough staff to service the guests. There are a lot of mosquitoes, especially in the dinning and pool table area.
