The charm Balcony door did not lock

Breakfast was very good, but it took a long time to get coffee. The room was great, awesome view. Most of the staff were very friendly. The website was disappointingly inaccurate! There was no pool bar and no spa/massages/etc. We were looking forward to both. Also, there was no way to get a snack - no pool bar and restaurant not serving anything outside of regular meal times. And it was a long walk into town just for a snack. Only one of the front desk managers - a lovely gentleman - was friendly and helpful. The woman seemed like she couldn’t care less.

Great view, marvelous rooms, attentive service at reception, housekeeping, etc. best hotel in Fethiye, for sure! Breakfast is the only bad thing about this hotel. Poor food, grumpy and understaffed service, no good coffee and the whole breakfast area is full of cigarette smoke. Otherwise the Margot is terrific!

Wonderful view Less facilities

The views were stunning and overlooked the harbour. Lovely pool area, sauna and steam room. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast could be improved and the staff didn’t give us an option for coffee or water and often ignored requests for such.

Hot water was broken and one time i got smelly towels

Taxi service was slow.

The spectacular views Nothing at all

Furnishings and style were amazing. Pool area was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the staff were distant to the point of rude. The front desk people were the worse of all my stays in Turkey. I brought up two concerns and was told they could do nothing about the first and never even followed up on the second. The breakfast team seemed to being just going through the motions. If I had to do it over again I would have skipped Fethiye and added the extra time to Ölüdeniz.

Some maintenance details such as some lights and windows locks not working, elevator not working and so we need to carry luggage in the stairs.

The view from the room is excellent and the breakfast was excellent. Casa Margot says there are 2 pools, but there is only one. The website says there is a pool bar, and while the structure exists, the is not a pool bar. You call the restaurant 4 floors away and get a drink delivered.

The location and view were magnificent, and the room was roomy and comfortable. It would have been a perfect 10/10 , but I had some difficulties staying connected to the internet in my room.

Very nice decor, restuarant food was excellent Only downside is the very steep hill you need to climb to go to or come from town. Obviously this is not something that can be resolved but anybody with mobility issues should be aware. However one can get a taxi that doesn't cost much to get about.

Exceptional

Everything!! The view is unbelievable from your room and omg the bed was the comfiest thing I have ever slept on! Staff were polite and great. The restaurant is also lovely (highly recommend the Aubergine, Dynamite Shrimp and beef ribs). Did I mention the hot tub in the room!! A+++ It was on a hill so walking back up from the shops was a bit tiring but I got my steps up!

Spectacular views from the sea facing rooms. The breakfast was really nice (it's not a buffet breakfast). The room I had was spacious, clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it. It wasn't really negative for me as I'm quite fit and like a walk, but I think it's worth pointing out. If you have any mobility issues, don't expect to walk up or down the hill to and from the hotel. It's a bit steep and can be slippery after rain.
