Breakfast was adequate Nothing special Firstly given accommodation up 2 flights of winding stairs which were dimly lit being in our 70’s it wasn’t practical. Eventually moved to another room which the bed was uncomfortable and not much storage space and no bright light over the mirror in the bedroom.

Location was great breakfast was also good staff were excellent check in was great especially as we arrived late due to a flight delay so arrived at 2am no issues night porter gave us our key and escorted us to our room and carried the cases We booked a deluxe room but did not realise it was right on the top floor of the hotel so 5 flights of stairs to get there. We did not ask to change rooms as we were only there for 5 days, but if we stayed again we would request a lower floor as it was quite exhausting especially when returned after a day exploring. Air con could be better key card activated the electric and air con. We were only given one room key but it was really hot about 31 degrees so when we left the room the aircon would go off so on our return the room was extremely hot. Balcony was not what we were expecting no table or chairs and no view just a brick wall it was not what you would call deluxe. We also had the electricity trip when we turned the lights on when we arrived we reported this and the next day it was fixed

Have stayed here numerous times. Hotel staff are amazing as is the food. The rooms are starting to look a bit tired and need a bit of love once the season ends. Still a lovely hotel in a fabulous location and would come back again. The door frame fell off when we walked into the frame but this had been fixed with the hour. Also, the electrics box fell off too. I booked four double rooms on this site and this site automatically gave me a garden suite with Jacuzzi. Only used the bed and the bathroom and paid nearly three hundred pounds more for a room that wasn't fully utilized.

Location to Hisaranu, close enough to walk but far enough away from the noise/hustle and bustle. Good food and beverage selection at reasonable price. The pool with swim up bar isn’t advertised as being a charged pool daily.
