The property is not high class as the name suggest. It’s very run down and old. We had two swim up rooms one smelt of cigarette smoke and the other of sewerage. Overall feeling of a 2 star hotel in need of a refurb.

The staff in the pool bar and the housekeepers were very good. The location was excellent, very central. The breakfast options were quite poor and the room was very very noisy (not soundproofed at all). The room we stayed in was very tired and needed alot of updating. The bathroom was covered in black mould when we arrived. The sunbeds were too crammed in with no space inbwtween them.

Location is spot on location for outside bars and restaurants. Had a great room by the smaller pool at the back of the hotel. Friendly staff. Enjoyable Turkish night at the hotel. Could have done with a bit of music by the two rear pools. Nice breakfast, but hot or warm plates would have been nice for the hot breakfast.

The location My Daughters ring went 'missing' on the last day from the apartment and the staff somehow could not understand English even though they could when we first arrived. When I reported it to reception they told me it was to late to report it to the police as we were leaving that day..!! The cleaner had came in that day to ' Empty ' the bins and asked if it was our last day. Then the ring was gone. Earlier in the week another holiday maker had his airpods go 'missing' aswell. We stayed in the Apartments at the back of the hotel and the surrounding area was very dirty, very little done to keep it clean. Outside bins around pool overflowing and Dogs allowed to roam around the apartment end of the hotel and pool area. The front of hotel was well looked after but I would not recommend the apartments at the back or to stay here as the staff were very unhelpful and if you weren't spending money in the hotel you were ignored.

Everything , staff are a credit to the hotel, pool bar food was very very nice. Rooms cleaned daily My room did seem to be noisy with the bin shelter over the road. However I would request it again so not that bad

Location was nice and bed linen was generally clean, the manager did change our room when we said we were unhappy. They book the beach for guests, which is good value for money. The breakfast is pretty bad. The quality of dishes is poor and it all looks unappetising. if you order from the kitchen (apparently you can order an omelette or fried egg for free). But when we did the staff member said we ordered too much. And there was a limit of one thing per person . So one omelette or one egg. That was insulting-generally in hotels i haven’t seen such a limit or behaviour. The toiletries are not replaced generally. The first room we were given had a smell of dampness and mould-they changed for us after a day. the bidet is not adjustable and poorly angled(too low),

Staff were lovely and rooms were clean with great air conditioning. Pools were excellent Our room was poorly maintained with a door to the balcony which didn't close properly, a front door frame which was hanging off, a cracked glass pane on the balcony and a balcony which was less than half the size compared to the one next door. Breakfast was very basic and pot luck if you got what you ordered from the kitchen. Hotel doesn't have an iron- even to hire!
