Milkyway Apart & Hotels

Very nice rooms, looks newly renovated and very clean. Room offered a lovely view of the surrounding area. There was two pools at the hotel both looked clean the water was just vey cold. The hotel also had a restaurant which offered nice drinks and standard menu. Breakfast was very nice with a wide verity of fresh produce. There was also ample parking at the hotel which is rare for Turkey. The hotel is far away from the main beach and all restaurants were a few min walk away (if you didn't want to eat at the hotel).

The pool was polluted every day it wasn’t clean we couldn’t swim

I had a good stay overall at Milkyway Apart & Hotels. The hotel is clean, tidy, and conveniently accessible via public transport. I appreciated the general atmosphere and cleanliness. Breakfast was okay—standard and nothing out of the ordinary. I did feel that the price was a bit high for the level of service provided. I arrived around 8 PM and was disappointed to find that I couldn't use the pool, which closed earlier. Also, there was no Wi-Fi signal in my room, which was inconvenient. To use the internet, I had to sit in the garden or pool area.

Some of the furniture is outdated and nonfunctional-the door of the room and from the balcony-. The towels and the lines bed need to be replace and change more often. In 11 nights were chaged just once. The room is fare away from deluxe room which is the title on booking site.

The wifi signal is weak in the rooms

It was a wonderful holiday at this place. Very nice stuff and a cozy atmosphere. It felt like we came to grandma in the village. WiFi connection was basically out of reach.

Nice quiet place far from noisy locations, comfortable if you have a car. Large apartment with a convenient kitchen place. Comfy large bed. Very friendly staff. Problems with wifi (no wifi in the bedroom at all), and hot water. The floors and the sofas were not clean enough - sand and small stones, not possible no walk barefoot.

Most Friendly staff and good location

Very nice room, 2 swimming pools, friendly stuff and large breakfast buffet. Great accommodation! Nothing to complain about, except feeling like a British colony ;)

Good apartment with wonderfull view on the mountain. Very bad wifi signal. Impossible to work in hotel.

Exceptional

Excellent staff, excellent breakfast and excellent location. If you read this comment, probably you are thinking to book a stay in this hotel and as a Turkish individual, I can guarantee you that you will be satisfied with everything you have. We stayed 3 nights and after our first day, we wanted to prolong our stay. Hotel has also an excellent pool and it is very close to bus station which leads to Ölüdeniz. I had a shoulder injury before coming here and staff also made everything easier for me. Hopefully see you next year guys!

Pillow if I must say something This has to be by far the worst holiday experience I have had in any part of Turkey. My family and I travel to Turkey every year and visit different locations sometimes even a couple times a year. The guy that owns the place is so incredibly rude he made us feel uncomfortable being there. Wouldn't smile or say hello and staff seem to only say hello and are polite to their regular customers that keep returning for some bizarre reason. I partly feel there Could be an element of racism attached also as we despit being British we were one of two Asian families there and the owners attitude was very obviously different to the white folk. There is no Internet in the rooms whatsoever, some limited connection by the pool and restaurant. So it is falsely advertised that there is WiFi. The rooms are less than sub standard the shower leaked and there was a fowl smell every time you entered the toilet. We had 2 rooms on seperate floors and it was the same for both so definitely not a one off fault. The bathroom in my mums room all the wood work had blown up from moisture. No towels are given for the pool and we got heavily scolded for bringing room towels down. I hardly leave reviews but this place really made me want too. The owners and staff need serious lessons in customer service. They made is feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during the stay.
