animation, animation, animation, great animator MERT, only reason we went again, my son 10 year old had so much fun with kids activities and for adults the entertainment was also 5 start quality and level. nothing else is positive about the hotel. you get what you pay for. no internet, poor food quality, some staff is uneducated, alot of things extra. they dont even have carton fruit juice, they think kids drink only cola or squash drinks. my son could not drink anything except water .

The cost is ok 10 mins drive away from Oludeniz beach This is my second visit to this hotel and I cannot describe the downfall of the hotel. My first visit was brilliant hence I decided to visit again. However this time I cannot give a single reason why this hotel can be a 4 star hotel or deserve recommendations. Let's start with the issues : Towels are dirty as hell, you can find blood, orange and brown marks on them. There is no first aid in the hotel. Ice available at only one bar for short amount of time, and staff not handing over ice to customers under any circumstances. Bar is closed on Sunday, yes you heard it right. The bar is closed on Sunday in a hotel, you make your own judgement on this! Foods are left overs of previous day. They don't fill foods on time as well so you left with what's left on the table. I felt sick on my second day and spent pretty much my whole day in toilet. We had a room service only first day. The rest of 4 days we haven't had anyone changing towels blankets etc. We raised our concerns next to the manager(been told he is also owner) and he didn't care about our complaints at all. If you visit this place because it's cheaper than other hotels, you should know the reasons! Bar has no choice of vodka, tequila, beer etc. You will get whatever they have at the bar. Efes beer is literally a sparkling water, been told there is no liquor and whiskey at the bar as well. Vodka only available as a cocktail, and when I say cocktail do not think it's something fancy, it's mix of juice, sprite and dash of vodka. I don't recommend this place to anyone

The animation team was very fun all three of them took special care of each of the guests and made the stay very entertaining. The mini disco for the kidw and water ball for the adults were very fun. The food was delicious.

It was clean Food choices were poor

Location in the mountains was great, a short drive by local public minibus to Oludeniz and its beach. Quiet, secluded location which is perfect for relaxation. Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly enough.
-
swimming pool and the baba ganush, receptionist is beautiful and kind. it is a bit far from the city , also the transportation to the beach is limited , they have 2 shuttle bus to the beach. Matress and pillow are a hard like a rock.

only good thing sadly ,great for kids, my 8 year old enjoyed the pool and kids club activites. no internet at all, do not believe them, reception kept lying to us that routers needed restart etc etc,, constant lies, all the tourists told me they had no internet at all. they did not even apologised let alone a compensation refund. because it was so full, and there were no other hotels to stay in oludeniz or even fethiye at that time of the year for me to check out. lost all my work time on my stay. food was good but not enough for the capacity of the customers, had to wait in line for a fish almost 20 minutes. staff do not care about complains when some tourists collect 8 seabream on a single plate, and constant abuse on food portions. also no alcohol after 9pm at evenings, and no eating outside/pool side except the dining room. few nights i couldnt even eat any meat, only cold mezes. when complained to reception, they did not even care at all. rooms were so noisy where we stayed there was huge power jenerator and constantly woke me up in the middle of the nights. the extra bed in our room was actually a L sofa, which did not open up to a bed, just had to lay down on the sofa and try not to fall down off of it. so internet, extra bed and all inclusive, words are lies, and i should have recieved refund for those. there are other small bits and bobs but those details could happen to anyone so i tried to keep my complains to general thing. (such as broken toilet seat was not changed, or my tv did not even had signal in the room.

Quiet and beautiful place The food was bad and not varied, the restaurant manager was standing at the door of the restaurant as a policeman and the bathroom smelled unpleasant, there was only one receptionist who carried the bags to the rooms and we carried our luggage by ourselves a long distance and upon check out the employee charged an overcharge of 1000 TL And when we checked it said wrong and refunded which is very bad so I recommend to pay on the booking site

We booked this hotel because of its location and amenities however it did not meet our expectations. We did arrive extremely late (2am) but we didn’t get a full welcome that included where to go for breakfast and times etc. We have 2 small children and we were put at the very top of the apartments with low ceilings. I lost count of how many times we banged our heads and the stairs with a 4year old and infant in a pushchair were exhausting! We raised the room issue and were told we had to wait for one to become available. There is no wifi unless you want to sit in reception and use it. Even then you need to ask them to reset it as it drifts in and out. Our stay was just 4 nights and cost £600. We expected so much more from it. The food was good however not much on offer for children - very Meze heavy which was delicious. The hotel wasn’t awful but it really set a bad experience for the beginning of our holiday. It is unlikely we will return again.

A bit remote but nice and quite. Enjoyed the Jeep Safari excursion booked via the hotel. Transfer was booked but didnt turn up. Got a taxi to the hotel. We arrived at night time and the reception staff did not speak English but was helpful. The rooms were good but 2nd room was small and not much space to walk around. Wifi was very poor from the rooms. Apart from this the resort itself was fantastic.

The landscape was breathtaking! We had such a brilliant time there and honestly we didn't want to leave. Food buffet was delicious, stuff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was superclean with amazing view to the pools .It feels like home ,couldn't recommend this place enough! Such a great place to stay for holiday, specially for families . Nothing to complain about ,just couple of things that would be much appreciated ,fresh juice for breakfast and opening the slides for longer time

location is 6km from Olu deniz beach, but simple and cheap to get a taxi down when needed . We really like the peaceful hillside location , with beautiful view of Babadag Mountains, it was beautiful. I have older teenagers and sat by the adult pool , which was really peaceful and there were always plenty of sunbeds free. The main pool is a bit too noisy for us with music and entertainment, but not an issue as we could happily relax by the calmer adult pool . I don't usually go for All-inclusive, but after reading reviews decided to give this a go and i'm really glad we did. There were plenty of buffet options and a daily barbecue usually with either fish or chicken, excellent choice of beautiful salads, plus lovely Tsatikis and delicious turkish style accompaniment, plus plenty of other hot meal options to choose and we were pleased that it was very Turkish style, as we like to try different foods when we go away. The restaurant had tables outside , with lovely views of pine clad hills, and it was lovely sitting outside dining. We were there for 8 days and chose to only have lunch at the beach on 2 of those days. The courtesy busy to the beach takes you to a beach bar on the beautiful lagoon, we just had to pay for sunbeds 75 TL p.p for the day. The beach bar is not part of the 'all-inclusive' but its reasonable priced. We had lunch there for 3 and it was around £42 including drinks . The hotel staff were very nice, especially Acon the pool bartender, he always had a cheerful smile .

Spotlessly clean and friendly staff.

Quiet location surrounded by babadag mountains very scenic and beautiful. Most of the staff especially fatima ,erkan and simge were very accomodating. Kids enjoyed the resort as a whole. First real holiday for the younger kids considering covid and everything so their experience was fantastic, they throughly enjoyed themselves but saying that from adult perspective id be 60% inclined to returning here. It defo was value for money considering what i had paid but there was nothing special about the place in terms of luxury, next time i would consider paying few hundred pound extra and staying some where abit more dedicated to adult comforts luxury wise. Dated decor and food seletion but not a deal breaker the head chef manager not as hospitable. The animation team were abit too pushy at times which upset the kids on an occation.
