The location, the hall, the parking space… Nothing major to say, the room was a bit small and basic but it was expected given it’s a single, economy. The mattress is a little bit hard and there was only one pillow (I would have preferred two).

The location, the terrace in front of the hotel, the helpfulness and hospitality of the staff overall. Courtesy of the staff, upon arrival my single economy room was upgraded to a double economy as they had some vacancies. It was lovely to have a bit more space as a solo traveller visiting family, as double rooms are often crazy expensive for one. So thank you very much to the hotel. No dislikes, really, just a few humble suggestions for improvement: some of the mattress stock may do with a bit of TLC as it was a bit harsh on the bones in the room I stayed (it was an economy one). Extra pillows in the room would have added lots of comfort but to be fair I didn’t ask for extras at reception so it’s my fault for not asking. And why not, perhaps adding a cheap little kettle too might just be the extra touch. (Again, it was an economy, they might have it in deluxe rooms, not sure) The breakfast was included in the price but I never had it as I don’t like to eat early in the morning so I cannot comment on this.

Beautiful hotel and perfect for families. The staff is really lovely, there is a great play area which our kids really enjoyed and there were a lot of thoughtful touches that made our stay exceptional. Make sure to eat in the restaurant at lunchtime and/or dinnertime, as the food is amazing and it is great value. A big selection of local specialties and other Italian dishes. The rooms were sparkling clean with a little balcony with amazing view and the beds were very comfortable. It was also very quiet despite the hotel being busy. We felt very comfortable and welcome and we will definitely be back. Everything was perfect!

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and we would definitely stay there again. The room was tidy and cosy, though the furniture and the bathroom were somewhat old. There was a free private parking space available and the location was good; not exactly in the strict centre of the town/village, but the place is small, so it takes a bit more then 5 min on foot to reach the old town centre. The staff was very friendly, unfortunately only people at the check in desk could speak English. Although there is a bar in the lobby of the hotel, it would be nice to have a small kettle with some tea and coffee in the room. Also, it would be nice to have dinner menus translated into English and if some brochures/maps of the area would be available at the lobby for non-Italian speaking guests. What we found quite problematic was a place to take our family dog for a walk/toilet. Houses in the village are quite packed, with each having their own private gardens, so this presents quite a challenge. But I guess it would be the same with all the other hotels in the village nevertheless.
