Brunet - The Dolomites Resort

Perfect family-run hotel. It has everything you might possibly imagine to have. We liked especially the fact that they kept a "mountain" style in the decor/furniture. The sky pool is fantastic, furthermore we had free bus transportation, free concerts in the garden, plenty of free apples to enjoy. Breakfast is fantastic. In the restaurant it is possible to order only a one course meal instead of the whole 5 course meal, which would have been too much for us. Amazing view of the dolomites. Just perfect Unfortunately Airco was not working in our room, so it was quite warm. The room needed a few more lamps. For the rest everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The staff is incredible, friendly, helpful. The place is gorgeous. Probably the best hotel breakfast we have had in terms of options and quality.

The food was fantastic and the spa was also nice The rooms were absolutely not 4*. We booked two Deluxe rooms but these did not reflect their denomination as they were old, dark and with windows that let the unbearable noise from the street filter through as if they were open.

We were given an upgraded room that was very comfortable and large. The bed was one of the best we’ve slept in. Enrique at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. The resort treats clients extremely well. It was rainy but no fault of the resort

Wonderful family run holiday experience ?

Food was excellent, bed excellent, staff friendly but seemed shy of us perhaps because we were not Italian. As a couple we did not realise when we booked that it was a hotel orientated towards kids (bambini), lots of them. To that end it was less than relaxing at meal times although if you sat outside ( weather permitting ) it was better. We also did not like that for our whole stay of 4 nights we were stuck in the same corner table with no window for breakfast and dinner. In other hotels where tables are assigned they have been rotated. Another good reason to eat outside if the weather is good. Also water not always available outside of meal times unless you buy it, same with coffee or tea, which we felt was a bit tight for a full board booking.

Everything was perfect. I could not figure out the air conditioning, but that was my fault. I ended up extending my stay.

Spa (but sadly, just for adults - and I had really sold the view and the pool to my son, who could not use it)… The pool for kids was not heated and the air conditioning in the room was not working

Excellent staff and facilities!! Very clean!! The breakfast was good, the dinner was amazing! We are very satisfied and happy for our choice!! Nothing!

The wellness area was out of this world!
