Great breakfast Once I found the location in late afternoon it was easy to find after dinner in the dark. When the direct road to the village center was identified it is only about 1.5 K

The host was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location is convenient, and the view from the property is pleasant. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not meet our expectations for a 4-star B&B. Cleanliness was an issue, with dog hair found throughout the property. The dinner was expensive for the quality provided, and the breakfast selection was limited and of fairly low quality. Overall, we felt the property was significantly overpriced for what it offers. With improvements to cleanliness and food quality, it could provide a much better experience.

To far from the bus to Florence

Lovely host - welcoming and very responsive Beautiful location - the views were stunning The double bedroom was cosy and had everything you’d need Friendly atmosphere The towels and bedding had a musty smell. An upgrade in towels and bedding would make all the difference to this wonderful property.

Beautiful property Location was a little bit further from Florence than expected

It had a beautiful view of Tuscan landscape. We had a very comfortable room. Alida,was very hospitable and served us an Italian breakfast outside on the porch. I felt as if I was visiting family. The property is up the hill from Fiersole. It was about a 25 minute walk. There is the #7 bus in the Piazza that takes you to Florence. Nothing

The property was as advertised. Alida is an interesting and accommodating hostess who goes out of her way to make guests feel at home. We appreciated her guidance and advice in getting to know the area. A car is needed to get around.

We were welcomed by our host like a family member. She was so sweet to us and make sure we had everything we need. Extra plus were Luna and Ernesto that made our day. Location is perfect, 15min by bus to Florence. views are amazing nothing else to say. Perfect, we will definitely come back Nothing

I don’t have enough warm and kind words to express my gratitude to Alida for her incredible hospitality, kindness, and care. Our apartment had absolutely everything we could possibly need. It was impeccably clean and tidy—everything was always in perfect order, as if by magic, without us ever noticing how or when it happened. Every morning, Alida treated us to delicious, beautifully prepared breakfasts that gave our days the perfect start. The apartment itself was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with every essential item and convenience. The bathroom alone was larger than many hotel rooms we’ve stayed in! Having a large, private parking space was an unexpected and invaluable bonus—especially in Florence, where parking can be a real challenge. But what truly made our stay special was the private terrace, where we enjoyed daily views of Florence and the beautiful Tuscan landscape. It was a dream. Thank you, Alida—you made our visit truly unforgettable. We hope to return one day to our beloved Florence, made even more special by your warmth and generosity. There was nothing we do not like.

Exceptional

Our host was lovely. Very friendly and accommodating. Thank- you for going out of your way to spoil us on our special occasion. We appreciated the information given, history on the area and what to see. The views were great and the breakfast superb. Unfortunately due to the weather, we didn't get to appreciate the views as much. The house was very authentic Italian and everything clean and tidy. We booked from reviews not realising it was 2 1/2 km from Fiesole so for one night not really a walkable option into town for dinner or to look around. Our fault we should have researched more. Our host was lovely but the place looked like it needed a bit of TLC.

Amazing views from the rooms we had. There were three of us, so one double and a smaller single for our teenager, and this smaller room had its own terrace with a view. The dogs and cats are charming, as we like animals, with Ernesto the dog being a big hit with our son. Being in Fiesole was also a much better place to stay as Florence was very crowded. Plus lovely views from here. There are a handful of restaurants in Fiesole centre, so plenty of choice. Parking in Fiesole is busy but we always found a space, and to go to Florence got the number 7 bus (we were there on a weekend). Alida is a lovely host and would recommend staying her for 2 or 3 nights. Much better than staying in Florence. Keep an eye on the sat nav. Ours stopped at the property before Alida's but we found it by chance as we drove ahead a tad thinking we needed to turn around. We drove from Montecatini and the sat nav sent us up a super, super steep, hair pin bend road before getting to Fiesole, so keep an eye on what the sat nav does approaching Fiesole and coming from Montecatini. There's a much more friendly gradient route to take!

The host, Alida, was friendly and took care to make me comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, as was the dinner she cooked one evening. The location, not far from the museum, Teatro Romano, and church, was great.

A beautiful home with amazing views of the Tuscan countryside and a great location being nice and close to Fiesole where you can easily catch a bus to Florence.

Alida was a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent for Fiesole and Florence if you want a quiet and peaceful stay. There are some wonderful walks in the beautiful environs. The B&B is charming and authentic. The breakfast was excellent and Alida catered to our every need. We will return!
