Bed was comfortable Not at all as presented in the photos! Very dated and run down; no restaurant or bar open; no terrace (has been boarded up); poorly lit bathroom; really inconvenient check in and reception hours

We immediately paid to upgrade our room as the room we booked was way too small. We absolutely loved Maria the evening receptionist. She gave us good advice on restaurants and hidden things to see around Figeac. Couldn’t have asked for a better welcome than she gave. The lighting next to bed faced up Instead of down so difficult to read. The morning receptionist was barely civil. The petite dejeuner that she put out was tragic. A few rolls of meat and slices of cheese. Yogurt left out in a big uncovered bowl. No spoons for eating cereal other than the tiny ones for stirring coffee. Burned croissants. By the second morning there were just 2 burnt croissants and the end of a baguette. The milk for cereal had curdled and split. Because the morning person left the front door open, the dining room was very cold and full of flies. I do believe we were the only guests on the 2nd night. Not impressed.

Basic, clean, no frills. No issues, but no charm either.

We were really lucky the stuff were very nice and the Location was the best…

Breakfast was plentiful. Room 101 is at the top of the stairs. Every person going to their room has to go past it, pretty noisy.

None Check in was variously stated at 3pm and 4 pm. The notice on the front door said 5pm

Breakfast was good value. Room was large. The toilet cistern had a persistent hissing sound. My room on the ground floor is partly sub-terranean, the bottom window is actually level with the garden grounds.
