Everything, the hotel is very clean, the location is very intelligent, you can have caldera + sunset view and be just 5 mins walking from Fira. Everyone was soo polite and gave us such a careful treatment, Eva’s attention, attitude really stood out. She was amazing; with a lot of tips, helping us to rent a car. The place is new and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overlooking the caldera so it gave us a view of the sunset from our veranda. The cold air from the AC is not reaching the 2nd level.

Great hosts, room and location. The room and balcony was clean and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and friendly. The hotel is a very short walk outside of the busy area, which is a blessing. Breakfast was good.

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Central location in Fira. Breakfast is included. It was excellent with many options including eggs, fruit, cold cuts, cheese, oatmeal, bread, selections of jams, coffee , tea,orange juice, etc. And the absolute best homemade watermelon jam!!!

We only stayed here for one night and it was the perfect stopover before we continued our travels. The bus from the port leaves you about a 10 minute easy walk away from this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms and pool area are very clean. The room was a little small but perfect for one night. Everything else was great.

The location was okay. It's a bit outside of Fira on an isolated part of the road, which wasn't terrible, but the road is very busy road, and you have to cross it to go into the town. We had trouble with the shower as well, but I think it was user error. The bathroom has no counter space.

The room was amazing. The hotel is very nice. Breakfast is really good. We had a lot of issues with the wifi in the room. Apparently it was an issue no one reported it. I reported it the last night so I was not able to test the wifi. Other thing I will complain is, there is no sidewalk to get to the hotel. I will say, the sidewalk on the other side of the road was closed and looked like they were fixing it.
