Bathroom shower area too small.

The location was great just outside of the main pedestrian areas of Fira, but not in the highly trafficked areas making those areas easy to access while remaining quiet and removed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cleanliness, views, communication with the staff: Lia is wonderful accommodating all your needs, location is perfect, accesible to all restaurants and businesses of Fira, even to the Local Bus Station. Free breakfast is excellent and she was serving everyday to the room. Only thing I was missing was a pool and hot-tub. For some reason I thought this hotel have them and I was a little bit sad when I found out there’s no one yet. A nice pool is under construction.

The property is beautiful and elegant and very clean. Comfortable, clean, beautiful, and the staff was very accommodating and professional.

A little cold at night, but that’s expected this time of year. More blankets would have been nice.

. Check-in was quick and hassle-free There’s no elevator, though it’s only one floor to go up. The shower is small, and it takes a few minutes for the hot water to arrive. To get hot water, you need to turn the tap all the way, and even then, you get only warm water and the pressure is weak. Also The balcony doesn’t have any seating, no table or chairs. The hotel provides a brochure, I highly recommend reading it. Always double-check what the staff tells you against what’s written in the brochure.

We had a great stay in the sunrise room, where we saw the sunrise every day. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The breakfast was excellent including greek yogurt, fried eggs, bacon, cereal, hot water for tea etc. The location is also very good. It's a very close walk to Fira and the bus station, and we came back to the room to rest multiple times a day. Our only complaint is that the shower is quite small and it's pretty cramped if you have to wash your hair.

It was a fantastic stay, the room was clean, we loved the family feel and felt so welcomed and well looked after by the whole family. The location was amazing, such a short walk to Fira town centre and the main bus stop was just as close, a supermarket was also such a short walk away. The breakfast was wholesome and delicious, perfect to fuel us for our daily adventures.

Nemesis is located on the outskirts of Fira town and is just 2 minutes walk from a supermarket and pharmacy. It is 5 minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. It is a great location. There is a high level of safety and security features utilised which makes is very safe for those for which this is important. Unfortunately, as it was off-season, there was no breakfast available.
