They did not give mineral water in your room every day (apart on the first day) and they did not give you a swimming pool/beach bag, as it is expected in a 5* hotel.

Excellent staff and convenient location. I loved the facilities and the amazing view from our room. The bathroom was beautiful and very clean. I was missing a couple of things you would usually expect at a 5-star hotel, like the option for firmer pillows in the room, some parts of the facilities are already showing signs of wear, and there's sometimes noise from other rooms.

The staff—especially Cleopatra, Hope, Sayed, and the rest of the team—were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted us with genuine smiles at all times and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They assisted us with every aspect of our visit, including arranging car rentals, making restaurant reservations, and helping with many other requests. Their warmth, attentiveness, and outstanding hospitality truly made us feel at home. They were a big part of what made our stay so memorable. Not Applicable

The facilities were immaculate, the location was very convenient, easily walkable to the town center. The assistance with reservations and suggestions were very good and appreciated. Very good cocktails too. Would definitely recommend.
