Spacious room n comfy Nestled away from town

Loved the free breakfast but sometimes the kitchen was closed during the day. Would like the kitchen to be open more hours.

The resort was very well designed. We had a honeymoon suite and it was luxurious throughout. The staff were amazingly helpful and pleasant. The resort is located on the east side of Santorini island not far from the airport. The resort is located in a very quiet neighborhood away from the cruise ship crowds. The resort offers fee based transportation anywhere on the island which we took advantage of and were completely satisfied with. The breakfast menu has several choices and is excellent. The view from the resort is not into the caldera, but into the morning sunrise.

Beautiful architecturally pleasing suite. Private pool. Dining was exceptionally nice. Staff were actually terrific Roads in Santorini are difficult. Many one lane roads to property.

Regarding the breakfast. Unfortunately, I found that the variety was quite limited, and the available options were not sufficient to meet the expectations of a fulfilling meal. I believe a bit more diversity and quantity would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The landscape was so pretty which added to the calmness and the serenity of the location. I would have liked the personal pool to have been heated, although we used it anyway.

It was clean resort. We stayed there for 3 days and for the first 2 days there was no hot water after complaining numerous time they fixed it on the last day no buffet breakfast it’s set menu you choose from and no refill for drinks lack of staff….manager is the owner and not friendly at all. The view shown in booking.com is not the actual view there are some construction going on around the area I think it’s new development, and one of the villa’s bathroom doesn’t have lock and they didn’t bother to fix it. This resort is not in Fira it’s about 10mins drive from the resort. Although they did suggest upgrading us reluctantly which we never accepted and at the end they offered us free transfer to the port which we also offered to pay but they didn’t accept it.

It’s beautiful resort My son left his pants in the basket first day , it was thrown out by cleaning crew and next day I did purposely left the sweater doesn’t fit him as well , when I called the resort they couldn’t find it . Be sure to watch out for your things

Cozy rooms nice pool No Buffet for Breakfast and very limited menu. You are allowed to take just 1 normal coffee per person for breakfast.

Relaxing environment - staff extremely helpful. No shops nearby. Very remote - staff can arrange a local taxi for you. Overall lovely hotel for relaxing.

Staff where really friendly, Breakfast was lovely, location was good.

Smiley staff and very helpful The location was very far from the Fira city, the only option to either rent a car or Taxi.

I checked in very late. The girl helped me check in. She is so kind and very polite. Update for the property response: (forgive me there is no more space so I put it here) So, is this the long story you came up with after taking so long to reply to me? I don’t want to delete my honest review just for 30 euros, so you fabricate facts to make everyone think it’s all my fault? If my review were completely false and slandering your hotel, the Booking review team wouldn’t have allowed it to be posted. The so-called CEO contacted me via WhatsApp a few weeks ago, during the communication, I clearly expressed that I had already spent much more than just 30 euros, so I don't want to delete my review just for a 30 euro refund. I never request a refund for my extra trip cost. You even fabricated the figure of 1,000 euros, truly exhausting all means to get me to delete the review. What a capble CEO... I already mentioned the name of the Airbnb and even showed the address on my phone directly to the staff, also stating that it was near the airport. What was there to hide? At that time, I didn’t know there was such a thing as a pin code, because the address under the map is generally accurate. If you knew everything, why didn’t you tell me then? It’s truly speechless. If you want to live in your imagination and not face your own problems, then feel free to make up stories as you like. I will not respond anymore. Peace and love :) The staff told me they can take me to the B&B I booked by car. And I took and paid 30 euros. However, the driver dropped me off at a random hotel. And I called the receptionist. The manner of them are very bad. The man didn’t listen to me, he just talked and talked. Before departure, I showed the driver the address showed in Airbnb. It’s Vothonas 847000. And the receptionist also saw it. And I thought it was exact address and postcode because I used this showed address in Airbnb to find the place in the past. I also said to the driver it is the postcode in the car. The driver didn’t say anything. So I thought it was correct. However it’s only an entire address of that district Vothonas. I knew this from the staff in the wrong hotel. As a tourist, I don’t know this but they know definitely! The staff in this wrong hotel said sorry to hear about this terrible experience to me. He also think they are very irresponsible. So the staff here only want to make money. They don’t care if it’s correct or exact. The staff said they have dropped me off at the hotel they SUPPOSED TO BE. So ridicules! They didn’t ask me and didn’t tell me that is only an entire address! No one wants you to suppose ok? So funny! They still think they are very nice and helpful. Actually, they are very mean and don’t care your feelings. When I called them they just said this is not their fault and they can do nothing. They only care about money. When they get dtheir money, they don’t care anything wrong with it.

Breakfast was good, the room was perfect for me The first day I had a discussion with the receptionist ( a girl with dark hair) she book for me a car, and told me the car will be available from 15:30. But the true was that they just call a rental car , and I should be there at 15:30 to sign the contract ect. I was having lunch during that time, and I shoulded back on the resort , without eating . I spend 100 euros for the lunch without eating, and when I back I said to her that was a shame, but her start to reply to me for 20 minutes, without say sorry and nothing. A serious hotel should give me at list something to cover the mistake.THAT ITS NOT A 5 star hotel

Breakfast was excellent - the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! The room was clean and well-kept. The location and privacy of the villa and pool were also great. The bed in our room was on the second floor, and there was no AC for the bedroom, so it got hot at night. Additionally, we booked excursions through the resort but were not told to take cash with us, so we could not pay or pay via AMEX. This meant we had to take cash out and settle the payment afterwards, which was a bit stressful.
