Irene City Villas

The location is excellent, just a 7-minute walk from the city center. The customer service was outstanding. They quickly resolved an issue we had with the bed and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided us with lactose-free milk, even though it wasn't on the menu, and were happy to accommodate additional requests for breakfast. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The bed was very dirty, with hair left behind by previous guests. It also appeared to have dust mites, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable ,we couldnt sleep the first night.

Great place. Spacious and centrally located in Fira. Emi and the rest of the staff were awesome. Very helpful , informative and very accommodating. They made all desired arrangements and were on top of their game to make us feel comfortable. Pool , Jacuzzi and good arrangements overall. Highly recommended.

Beautiful boutique property. Wish we had some time to spend to enjoy the property as well. They were very kind to us on the morning for our check-out. Thank you! A little walk from the bus station/old town (approx 10min) But a nice quiet safe area.

The room was spotless, most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Best staff ever, so helpful and attentive at all times.

The staff is exceptional, and they really thought of everything! They arranged transportation for us and helped us with our luggage. The property is beautiful! We really enjoyed our time in Santorini! The stairs in our cave apartment could really use a railing or a handle.

It was nice but it is behind the ocean view and not on the typical santorini view. But if you feel like after all activities to sleep and hv jaccuzi then it is nice Property is nice

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the village, but on a much quieter street. We had an amazing sea view from our room. The suite was decorated very nicely, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The pool was great too! Nothing - we liked everything

Literally everything. We love every bit of it. We were well taken care of from check-in to check-out. The service is sooooo great and we had the most sumptuous breakfast for our stay in there. Nothing.

The hosts are wonderful and so helpful! They helped us book dinner reservations and also a catamaran excursion! Thanks for making our trip to Santorini so amazing! The jacuzzi could be a little bit hotter, but it’s still great!

First and foremost, we liked the hospitality of Emi (morning-noon) and Kostas (afternoon-evening). They were really great and provided very useful information - just ask them about everything, from where to eat Gyros or which restaurant has the best sunset views until which beach is the best at a specific day. They really did everything to make us happy - and indeed we were. Breakfast is served to the room, which is great with young kids, as you can eat in the comfort of your room. The pool and the in-unit Jacuzzi were great and provided an opportunity to relax / cool down between the day and evening activities. We also liked the location - there is a parking lot just nearby (we were with a car, and there was always a space there), and it is not in the center of Fira (so no noise, crowds etc.), but pretty close to it by foot. It is not "negative" and will not disturb your stay there, but just that you are prepared: 1. You should not drink there tap water. Not sure if it was due to hygiene or merely taste considerations, but we were told not to drink it. So be prepared to drink bottled water. 2. They have bidet in the toilet, as you should not use throw toilet paper in the toilet. Can take time to get used to, if you don't use it at home (especially with kids).
