It was beautiful The stairs

Was very difficult to open the room with the keys They said they have a rule to charge you 50.00 dollars if they find makeup or dirty in the bath towels. The bathroom was not clean enough and has white spots in the sink and the floor was wet that can cause a fall

Close to the centre, staff reasonably helpful. Arranged transfers Bathroom smelt of damp, pictures did not match the reality. The pool is tiny, it gave my daughter chemical burns (from the actual massive white cleaner that sits in the pool) on her fingertips which required medical assistance. This was the first part of our holiday and they developed on her fingers on the last day when we were moving on. Swimming towels are old and swimming area feels like it belongs to the two rooms next to.it. If more than one family sits by pool it's crowded. Very loud noisy road outside - seems like a cut through into town.

Wonderful modern yet cozy room. Spacious, bed was crazy comfortable. Great location -- fairly easy walking distance to center of Fira. Not really a big deal, but pool is very small (but that's the norm for the area), and would be nice if hotel offered breakfast (but breakfast options are close). Its on a very busy street, so sitting on little patio is not super pleasant so didn't really take advantage of the seaview. All the great things about the hotel outweigh any of these issues though.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. It had a strong, unpleasant smell that lasted our entire stay. No one was there to welcome us at the reception, which made the experience feel cold and unprofessional. Definitely not what we expected. Location

Villa was pleasant, the colleague was so kind in receiving and helping for any question at any time. Sunrise everyday along with a hot bathtub was relaxing. I would recommend it.

View of the sea Internet didn’t work for two days. There was no heater, no toaster, no washing machine.

The location is not bad, on the roadside, you can take a taxi directly to the door, which is very convenient. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and introduced the surrounding environment and facilities to us with a very good attitude. 1. The promotional pictures on the hotel homepage are not in accordance with the actual rooms. The boss said that many customers would be confused about this, but I think since some people are confused about this, more real pictures should be placed in attractive positions or the room categories should be classified more finely. 2. There is a very serious problem. After we closed the glass door of the shower room and took a shower, there was still a lot of water spreading in the bathroom, making it difficult to enter again. There are big problems with the drainage system. The shower room is not completely closed even if we closed the door. 3. Although traveling in winter is not the most ideal choice, we have the right to hope to avoid crowds and strong sunshine to travel, but the air conditioner is too old, it is slow to work, and it is very hot when it is turned on, and it will be a bit cold when it is not turned on. The air conditioner has turned yellow. My nose is sensitive and allergic to dust. I don’t know if it is because of the air conditioner.

We went in the coller off season. The staff were really helpful. The owner helped us with a decent price for the taxi to the airport as the drivers are pretty rough on pricing! Nice and clean. All the facilities you need. A short walk to the main shopping centre.

Bed was comfortable, spacious area. Walking distance to town centre. Desk staff were amazing. Bathroom was tiny, dated and had a foul smell in the drains. We couldn’t leave the bathroom door open as the smell would contaminate the whole room. Shower head wouldn’t stay on wall when you turned it on. Shower door also doesn’t close completely so floor of bathroom floods. Sink plug in basin was broken. Pretty frustrating that you go back and look at previous reviews and these have been mentioned by other guests but not actioned.

My family absolutely adored this luxury hotel! I wish all hotels were like this. The full sea view, hot tub, location and proximity to downtown Fira, spacious rooms and bathroom, and so many luxury details such as quality beds, slippers for each guest, daily cleaning, coffee included, and overall hospitality of the staff made a strong impression. Shout out to the head manager, who dealt with all requests with the absolute highest level of professionalism! No negative commentary - this hotel was amazing and we would certainly stay again!

Free parking t premises The standar double was right on the level of the street (even if it was advertised as sea view) there was quite a bit of noise in the night and the 1 of the two nights we stayed there was a water tank truck at 5 o clock in the morning doing noises until 7
