Liked the room and bed very comfortable, pool great and really good to have spa tub No shade near breakfast room or around pool so too hot in full sun in middle of day. Room 109 overlooked by adjoining resort so swimwear had to be worn when using spa

The staff is amazing, we worked with Christos. Christos went above and beyond to make this a wonderful trip. He assisted with recommendations, booking a car and made our stay a fantastic time. I absolutely recommend callia retreat, they are fantastic!

Christos was exceptional — warm, attentive and always ready to help with anything. The kind of host that makes you feel truly welcome from the moment you arrive. Perfect place for a couple looking for a relaxing and romantic getaway. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was great and the en suite hot tub was very nice. The reception was extremely helpful in getting us a rental ATV/Buggy which was much appreciated.

Beautiful tranquil property located within a few minutes walk of shopping, restaurants, etc. The front desk staff were AMAZING. From my arrival to checking out, they provided exceptional customer service. The breakfast was delicious. Great variety of hot and cold healthy foods which can be eaten inside or on your own patio/balcony. Great property for relaxing retreat. very minor issues: - more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels - longer hours for pool services; closed at 6pm

I loved the calm atmosphere and attentive staff. I felt very relaxed the whole time and was able to walk to the downtown area easily and quickly whenever I wanted. I was given great recommendations and had a great time. I do wish the hot tub in the rooms could get a bit more hot.

The Junior suite was comfortable for 3 people. The facilities were clean and modern. The bathroom had plenty of towels but because the shower had no door, the floor easily got wet. The location was walkable to the shopping and restaurants which was a big plus. If you’re looking for views, this property did not have any ocean views. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast included with our stay was delicious and had many food choices. The property could use a door on the shower to keep the bathroom floor dry. The walk to the shopping and restaurants can be tricky since there are no real sidewalks and the street is rather dim at night.

The location was great, breakfast was wonderful . Very accommodating with transportation Cleaning the hot tub area when we were still sleeping in the morning

We had the most amazing and incredible time at Callia Retreat! From the reception people who were both extremely kind, welcoming, warmhearted and generous, to everyone who works in that place and made our stay easy and enjoyable, we would kindly like to thank you all for this wonderful experience! The rooms are super clean and comfortable! The access to the main attractions is easy. We highly recommend Callia retreat if you want to have an unforgettable experience in Santorini!

Very good breakfast location perfect staff very nice

We visited in October, and Chris at the reception was very kind to upgrade our room to a suite. We had a great view and a jacuzzi. The room was very big, the bed was comfortable, the view from the jacuzzi was amazing. The breakfast had a variety of choices, and really delicious. The resort is also located close to Main Street Fira, which has amazing views, restaurants, nightlife. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

We were warmly welcomed at the reception by Christos — an incredibly kind and polite person. He told us everything about the island and the town of Fira, asked about our plans, and made sure we had everything we needed. When he found out we were staying in Fira for just one day before leaving Santorini, he kindly offered to upgrade our room to a large, spacious one with a jacuzzi. We were so happy and truly grateful — our last day on the island ended with a lovely evening in the jacuzzi, which made it unforgettable. As for the hotel itself — it’s beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is great — a bit away from the busy center, which makes it quiet and relaxing. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. We’re really glad we chose this hotel and want to thank Christos once again for his kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Fira! Everything fine

Amazing! The views were spectacular and the front receptionist Mario’s was absolutely a pleasure to work with ! He gave so many suggestions for things to do around the hotel and he was just the sweetest ever! I would definitely go back and stay here and will recommend this hotel to others!

Overall, we had a good stay. It is a pretty hotel in a good location - walkable to Fira. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a decent range of options. We stayed in a villa with a pool and there was very little privacy between ours and the neighbours. The fence was basically transparent. It felt awkward to be using the pools at the same time. We found the bed too soft and small things were a bit irritating, for example there was no soap dish for the provided hand soap so it would slide and the sink area got gummy.

The staff was incredible, I can’t stress this enough. Anything you need they were able to accommodate immediately. Our room was very clean and cleaning came every morning to clean and freshen up if you wanted. I could not have been happier with my stay. 12/10 for the entire stay and place!!!!

The room with the private pool isn’t completely private, would prefer to have complete privacy when using the private pool.

Nice pool and suite. Hot tub was also nice for a late afternoon dip.
