The hotel were very communicative. I was easily in touch with them over WhatsApp in order to firm up details of our trip and arrange transfers. Both our transfers were also changed due to delays etc. and it was no problem. We were able to stay around the hotel pool on our last day right up until we had to leave for the airport in the evening. There were even shower facilities for us to use which was appreciated. Beautiful hotel in a good location, within walking distance of many amenities (bars, food, shops etc.). The hotel is run by a lovely family and we plan to stay again. Nothing!

This place is amazing. The property is beautiful with incredible views and the pool is refreshing in a great location in Fira. The staff is so friendly. Our room was so comfortable with a great balcony. We got the breakfast. A lot of choices and the food was great! Everything here was top notch!!

Just like its name, the hotel truly feels like a dream. Everything—from the room to the pool—was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly accommodating with our rooms, transportation, and warm welcome. The location was also perfect, with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. n/a

Friendly, clean

Breakfast was excellent! The eggs, croissants, the fruit, all excellent The pool was very clean and very refreshing! The pillows were thick … so had a few not so good sleep nights

Dream Island is a fabulous boutique hotel within walking distance of all of Fira but tucked away from the crowds. The receptionist is lovely and the pool and outside area are beautiful. Rooms were clean and nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing hotel with so many great people working there! Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy! Will definitely be back! Thank you to Georgia and her family

Word of caution, though, for anyone using Google maps to get you here from the Fira bus station (10 minute walk away) - when choosing your route, if you'll be traveling on foot, be sure to stay on the main road and NOT take the suggested route which brings you through a labyrinth of alleyways and tells you the access point to this hotel is BEHIND and BELOW the hotel itself. Avoid my mistake, and stay on the main road- it brings you straight there, and there's a large sign on the road guiding you in.

Staff is family-owned and very close knit with one another. The quality of service they provided was optimal for an amazing vacation in Fira. Nothing!

Everything was outstanding…our expectations were exceeded every single day. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was out of this world. Staff was wonderful and beyond helpful. Fantastic location.

- Location of the hotel, close enough to the center of Fira that you can walk around without issues. You are even close to the bus station - The rooms are big and comfortable - The hotel staff did everything they could to help us, even when we asked to be the first to be served breakfast as it it starts at 8:00 am and we had to leave by 8:20 am - The pool area has a great view - Close to a minimarket to buy drinks or snacks - Great wifi internet connection, but a bit of bad signal in the pool area - Breakfast was very good and served to your room. 4 different types of breakfast you can choose from. - Lack of power plugs next to the bed. On one side the phone was taking the only plug available. You could not have a phone charger and bedlight connected at the same time - While its close to the bus station, the way to the hotel is upward a hill and difficult if you have more than one bag/luggage per person - The shower was located pretty low so if you are a tall person (> 1.78 m) you will have issues fitting

This place was a dream! The beds were so comfortable, the people were lovely and welcoming and the location and view were perfect. The pool was so nice. Everything was so clean and breakfast was so fantastic! So much variety and fruit. We were sad to leave and hope to come back!

We loved that our room was comfortable, clean with a great view from the courtyard. We loved the lounge chairs and outdoor seating by the pool. Staff is courteous and helpful. Great location close to bus station and shops & restaurants.
