Enigma Suites was very good, comfortable bed, excellent location and the staff was very friendly. Christa, Nancy and Andy were very nice and courteous. They gave excellent restaurant recommendations in the area. It was a bit pricey but really great experience! Wish they had breakfast selection in a cafe rather than room service.

The view from my room was exceptional with amazing views of the Caldera and a small private patio with a jacuzzi. They service the rooms twice a day and deliver breakfast every morning!

The views were amazing, the junior suite was so beautiful and comfortable! Service was outstanding and so helpful-from the pick up down the hill to the reception personnel-everyone was wonderful! Couldn’t have lived a hotel more! Not a thing

Beautiful, modern rooms and great service. Unforgettable views. The entrance to the hotel is a popular spot for photos and the hotel doesn’t keep the area for guests. There were often lines of people waiting to take photos at all times of the day, but especially sunset. We even had to wait for a proposal before we could enter at one point. While the proposal was sweet, the constant crowds blocking the entrance is very annoying for paying guests who are trying to enter and leave, or who may want to take their own photos at this spot. The hotel should reserve this area for entry and exit (and photos) for paying guests as the next hotel over does. Non guests are free to take photos at the adjacent wall without blocking the entry/exit or dominating the photo spot.

The property was very well located in Fira, with many restaurants and shops around. The view from the room was amazing and people from staff were very helpful. They clean the jacuzzis, help you open the umbrellas, and serve you breakfast in the room, which was delicious by the way. Facilities look very new and pretty. Nothing, we just hoped we would have stayed a few more nights.
