The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and super friendly

Il y a avait une piscine propre avec des transats. La localisation est super bien pour le centre de thira et sur l’île. La chambre est très bien pour séjourner quelques jours. Climatisation fonctionne aussi bien. Rien à dire de particulier. Peut être la douche qui est un peu petite à mon goût.

The property was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful! We were always greeted with kindness. There is also a pool here that was beautiful The only thing about the rooms was that the beds were not comfy. We definitely could feel the springs while sleeping.

We didnt pay for breakfast. We like the location, the staff, room so clean. Overall wonderful No table to drink coffee or tea

It was hard to find the hotel from the bus. Once we got there, it was easy to go to the touristy areas of the city and find food.

Location cleanliness and friendly staff MATTRESSes in All the Rooms I booked 4rooms and all were the same

Quite near all the main Fira locations, everything was in a 5-15min walking distance. Cozy rooms - ours had a mini "cave" which led further below the main level. Staff knew decent English and was really helpful You could quite well hear the sounds behind walls.

Nothing Lied about how many rooms this apartment came with,nonresponsive host,had to spend extra money to book another place. Missed one of my activities because it was time sensitive.

Highly recommended & nothing but compliments to the staff, facilities & the homey atmosphere of the hotel.

mostly the staff but almost everything was good no shades for the window on the door so sunlight goes in early morning waking us up too soon. also in some our of the day the incoming light is too srtong and a bit disturbing. please put shades or a thick dark curtain.

Lovely hotel with everything we needed in the room and within close walking distance. Great value for money. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Slightly noisy at times (especially early in the morning with the donkeys!) and shower/ensuite was very small.

Beautiful generally affordable Santorini accommodation w/ a pool right outside the door! Helpful staff.

Close to Fira and everything else Staff was very rude and condescending. I asked front desk if we can have a third bed; staff said are you adding one more person, and I said if there is an availability yes. I then told her that my friend is going to another room. Next day, when we returned from our sunrise hike and wanted to rest again, staff banged on the door. Staff told me to go to the lobby. Lobby assumed I had one more person in the room illegally. I told her no it is only me and my friend, and my other friend is in another stay. The fact that staff banged on my door and told me to get out to receptionist is very unprofessional and rude.

the owner is nice, facility looks clean. 10 minutes walk to central bus, restaurants. washroom is so small, needs to raise shower base to keep curtain inside. Shower has no shelves for soap, towel…. noisy street.

+ good location, clean rooms, easy to communicate, and relatively good price for santorini. - they suggested us to change room which we accepted. but we did not know that it was 2nd day of our stay. we had to pack things up again. but anyway the new room was larger and they prepared it quickly.
