location is perfect, view is amazing, Sofia was very helpful The bathroom is a bit old. Some counters have stains that appear to be dirt.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Sofia at the front desk was incredibly warm, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering great recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. The view was unbelievable. The beds were very comfortable some of the best of our trip. We stayed in a triple room with a view and hot tub, which was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and fun. They were also very helpful getting transfers, a tour around the island and any other help we needed. Nothing, everything was great!

Property was beautiful with a great view. Convenient access to the main walking areas and several sites. Close to transportation Hot tub was broken, which was one of the main reasons for renting the room. Also the pictures of the balcony were very misleading. We shared our tiny balcony with a common area and not a large private balcony like shown. Interior was in need of a bit of TLC, but not bad by any means.

The property location in view of the sea is amazing. Also, the staff was very responsive to our needs. Breakfast was also phenomenal. It can be a little hard to find at night and it’s also located in a busy area across from the cable car. The room was a little bit tired and could use some updating and redecorating.

great location with outstanding views . Host Sofia very friendly and accommodating and quick response to any questions ordered junior suite and ended up in loft suite . Was still comfortable but would have preferred the junior suite all on the one level .

I really enjoyed the hotel. It is in a great location, right next to the cable car. The staff was really helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was really delicious. The hotel has a restaurant on top that overlooks the sea, and you have great views from the room as well as the pool. The hotel is really close to the center of Fira, so the location is very good.

The view was amazing, the hospitality of staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location was very convenient, you stepped out into a hive of activity but also felt private and calm within the guest areas.Highly recommend. Rooms were a great size, very clean. Access to the pool was a bonus. Breakfast was included, always a bonus point for that, and it was terrific. Don't miss this little gem.

The team was so kind and generous with their support of our visit. They arranged everything, even our last minute request to add a visit to the hot springs and worked closely with us to make it happen. The location is stellar and we loved the pool and breakfast as well.

The staff helped carry our language, which was really nice. The location was amazing. We were in front of the cable car, which helped us not to walk far and few steps from everything. I highly highly recommend this hotel. The staff is amazing, the place is clean, and the location is absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was included, it was delicious and plenty with great service, BUT other than that, Sorry, dont eat at the above hotel restaurant. For luch, we had 3 very small tacos for 21 Eruos where few steps away you could have much more for the same money, but that's the only thing.

The hotel has an amazing view. Nicely located on top of the old dock within the market but as it's a bit down towards the cliff and not the street level it's surprisingly quiet. The hotel staff is very cordial and welcoming. We also got a nice recommendation of must visit places from them. NA

Both mornings we were awakened by construction noise. We needed to get up and get going but would have liked to sleep a bit more.

Our recent stay in Santorini was absolutely wonderful, offering incredible value for money. The location couldn't have been better, putting us right in the heart of everything with easy access to all amenities and transportation options. The absolute highlight of our experience was our host, Gabriel. He was truly a star, guiding us to the best spots and top restaurants, which allowed us to make the most of our short time in Santorini. His recommendations were invaluable! While the pool isn't large and might disappoint those expecting to swim laps, it didn't bother us at all since we spent our days exploring the beautiful beaches. And speaking of views, the terrace offered the most amazing panorama! Overall, we had a fantastic time and highly recommend this accommodation for a memorable Santorini getaway.
