I loved everything about this hotel—its perfect location, outstanding customer service, and breathtaking views. If I ever return to Santorini, I would definitely stay here again. One important tip: to ensure a smooth check-in, communicate with the hotel staff via WhatsApp rather than by phone. They are very responsive on WhatsApp, which made the process much easier. Location is perfect, just a 2–3 minute walk from all the bars, restaurants, and shops in Fira, yet far enough away to escape the crowds and noise. The view from our bedroom was incredible and, in our opinion, better than any other viewpoint in Fira for photos. Since the hotel is located at the highest point of Fira, we had an unobstructed view of the entire town and the volcano, with no hotels, roads, or walkways above us. It felt very private, which made it even more enjoyable, especially since our hot tub was on the rooftop terrace of our room. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They were always smiling and happy to accommodate any request. Breakfast was also super good! (Pictures are from the suite roof except the one of the window which is the view from the bed) The only minor downside was that the windows and front door of the room were a bit thin, so we could occasionally hear people talking outside at night. It wasn’t a major issue since the hotel is away from the busiest part of town, but don’t expect complete silence.

Fantastic View, even if not from room's windows, but just outside the door. Room's windows are on the pedestrian street so it is not possible to keep it open. Also room has external pool, but it is quite small but with great view. Rooms is very big, with everything. Breakfast is great. Main pool has only four beds with small place, so it is quite hard to use. Services and people are great. Room price little bit overpriced, and it is on the pedestrian street not reachable by car. Hotel is not very proative to suggest the closer parking.

The hotel is located in the best view you can ever ask for, and close to everything. The hotel's team is super kind and supportive for anything requests with family and friendly vibe. Clean and organized, the breakfast which you can choose every morning was variety fresh and delicious. Strongly recommended from all the aspects, it was just amazing!

The view alone is worth a solid 10/10, the kind folks who work here make this hotel an unforgettable experience second to none! The hotel was kind enough to pick us up at the port (extra charge but completely worth it), delivered our bags to our rooms, and let us store our luggage with them after we checked out so we could continue to explore Fira before we left on our next ferry. Everyone is extremely kind and very helpful, the hotel is lucky to have such amazing employees! Our room was very clean and spacious with windows overlooking the caldera and stairs that lead to our room's private hot tub and balcony, both of which had spectacular views and was a great place to enjoy breakfast (which was made to order and amazing)! This is an incredible stay with incredible people, we can't recommend it enough! If you have the chance to stay here you should absolutely take it. Thank you all for having us! You made our stay in Santorini memorable!!

Very beautiful hotel and nice view, staff are very accomodating. They did book our boat ride tour for us and had a very good breakfast. Will definetely come back

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing views from our room. Unfortunately the weather was kind of cold and windy so we were not able to use the hot tub. No fault to the property and facilities. Maybe we should come back when the weather is warmer.

Everything.. really everything.. the location, the view, the hospitality, the cleanliness. The staff were amazing literally and specially Elias the receptionist he became and true friend. Ilias was amazingly helpful and kind. The location was unbeatbale. Views were amazing. Breakfast was a great add and was lovely to eat on our terrace. Great proximity to Fira main town area and also Imerovigli if interested. Great service would recommend, and would stay again. Thank you! Stargazing in the jacuzzi was great but water was a bit musty.
