Villa Renos

Excellent service and excellent food. Location and hospitality exceeded our wildest expectations. Cristos and his team were outstanding hosts. They provided great advice and suggestions and made the stay seamless and so very relaxing. What a spot!!! Nothing I can think of.

An absolutely unforgettable stay at this heavenly beautiful villa. Huge kudos to the owner, to Christos, and the entire staff team for their incredible hospitality and for truly spoiling us throughout our stay. Location and ckean . Christos at the front desk is very helpful The room 5 we were assigned faced a jacuzzi and walkway used by all guests , so we could not really use the patio or open the door for the view. No privacy if you do . Breakfast is at 8 . The guests are served a different main dish everyday . No choices in this . Since I am vegetarian/vegan , I had less choices .. the dishes included eggs . The freshly squeezed orange juice was good and yogurt was fresh.

Unbeatable caldera views! The staff was very, very helpful and the breakfast was great. It really helped to have a hot tub after a day of climbing up and down the hillside. Was very thankful for the help with the luggage. I don't think we would've made it there without help.

Breakfast was very generous and delicious. The Entire staff was friendly, helpful, and enhanced our stay. Steps are unavoidable. The staff took care of our luggage.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The owner and manager/staff were fantastic. They made us feel so welcome and gave us some really good recommendations. The manager (Christos) you can tell really wants to make sure you are taken care of. Views were unbelievable. Had booked a cocktail place next door to watch the sunset but realized when we got there that with the views of this hotel, it was not needed. Place was clean, breakfast was good, staff was fantastic, and location was very convenient. Highly recommend!! Nothing. They did fantastic.

Everything was outstanding! The owner put together an amazing staff. Christos at the front desk was fantastic, as was Nikos. Eva made amazing breakfasts with something different every day. Elli was a sweetheart who fell in love with our dog Chloe. I encourage everyone check out Villa Reno’s Hotel, I assure you that you will enjoy it as much as we did Nothing

Great location with amazing views. Room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The bed is soooooo comfortable, soft but with proper support. The view and location is amazing. Not too many steps to reception. There are flights of stairs to the room. King size bed. AC works like a champ. The staff are so nice and service is immediate, no waiting for anything. Breakfast was yummy on the deck. 24 hour front desk, which is not common. One of the best hotels in the area! The hot water decreases during peak times. Never gets cold just not super hot.

1) The staff is very friendly, polite and accommodating. They offered us a free room upgrade which was a very generous gesture from the hotel. 2) The breakfast is very good as a quality and quantity . They serve delicious deserts with each breakfast ;) 3) The location is top par ! It is very close by walking to fira center which includes alots of shops and restaurants , it is about 5 minutes by walking to fira central bus station and is about 10 minutes by bus away from the airport and approximate about 15 minutes away from the ferry port. 4)The outdoor hot tub was warm enough to enjoy even in a relatively cold weather. 5) The view is spectacular. I was left speechless the first time I saw it and didn't get enough of it haha . It is so charming and a kind of things that one should see at least once in life time . 6) The hotel and facilities are very clean and the hotel is very well maintained. Can't think of anything that I didn't like. It was so perfect :)

Best view and very convenient to bus station, stores and food. Great staffs: very hospitable and welcoming. They help you move the luggages up and down the steep steps. Great breakfast: you have well prepared breakfast with great views. You even have a desert for the breakfast. Recommend Facility is bit old though. We have a computer screen size TV. But if you have the sea view outside, you don’t really need the TV.

Villa Renos Hotel is an elegant hidden gem! The rooms are tasteful and have stunning views of the caldera. The location is super convenient and the breakfasts were plentiful and gourmet! Most of all, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. Christos was an excellent host! This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Constant music from the bar above.

The hotel staff is very nice and extremely helpful. I lost my passport on the way here. They have been helping me call the police station and the airport, including specially help me go to the police station to inquire. The scenery of the hotel is very good, no different from the picture and even more beautiful. The location is also very good, and it is very close to the bus station. The breakfast in the hotel is also very delicious. The portion is very large and delicious, especially the dessert. The hotel facilities are also very complete, with slippers, bathrobes and hot tubs, and the hot tubs in public areas are also large enough.
