The host was very nice, and the room met our needs. It was clean and comfortable. Good price and value. The hot water for the shower in the morning was a little problematic (generally relies on solar, or a backup boiler), was not always hot. Sleeping with the windows open was a bit noisy.

The staff, accommodations and location were fantastic! Nikos communicated quickly and coordinated everything we needed. The Villas were very centrally located to Fira - close to many things as well as central bus hub. Our room was super clean and appeared recently remodeled. Loved the private balcony and the flowers everywhere. Will choose to stay here again - HIGHLY recommend! N/A

Lovely people- a most welcoming family. The room was lovely and clean. Nice balcony facing East. Quiet. As Fira streets don't have names, a map sent to guests would be most helpful

The staff are top notch! Always on-site to answer any questions and are extremely friendly. Once we checked-in, the lady showed us our room, explained all the amenities and gave us a map with direction on how to walk to Villa Stella since google maps is not accurate with the best route. You have the option of daily cleaning and new towels every 2nd day. Strong AC, a balcony with drying rack to hang wet clothes, a mini fridge are a plus! When we were worried about our ferry being canceled due to strong winds, they tracked the ferry and updated us with information which was greatly appreciated. The location is a 12-15min walk from the centre of Fira and the main bus terminal - it is not that bad of a walk. There is a bit of an uphill walk but my 70year old parents had no issues with it. For the price of the accommodation - the walk is fine. The wifi is sometimes spotty. We had two different rooms - one room has the double bed (two single beds pushed together to make a larger bed), that room is a larger space with a table, chair and kettle for hot water. That balcony faces the sun so our clothes dried faster in that room. The smaller room with two single beds did not have a kettle nor desk. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, they provide small bar soap but it's not the best quality. Overall the stay was great but you can tell the rooms are older with visible wear and tear.

Clean and economical. Traffic noise.

Great location on the edge of the city center, away enough from all the crowds and noises (only noise were the cars passing by) 10 minutes from the city center (up the hill though but the whole city is built on hills so you can’t really choose) You get two towels so you don’t need to bring your own! The facilities were cleaned and tidied every day Overall worth for the price! The owners seemed very warm and kind! A lot of people in the reviews mentioned amenities like tea or coffees but we didn’t mind at all, after all we really just slept and took showers at the property, there’s so much to explore! The only thing that we missed was cutlery or plates of some sort, we’ve had two cups with one spoon and a electric kettle.

The hotel was clean and confortable. The welcome and the family were wonderful and very helpful. The hotel was 10 minutes walk from the center of Fira, once we found the right street. There could have been some tea or coffee provided in the room. However the was a fridge

Quite location a short walk to restaurants and bars. Sparsely equipped kitchenette. It wasn’t possible to separate the shower from the toilet, due to the limited space and location of the window in a very small bathroom. The plumbing, including the shower head, was in need of upgrading.

Bathroom was small

Clean room and toilet. Very close to main town centre. It had AC, hot water was working well, had a fridge, they did daily room service. Balcony had a nice view

Such lovely hosts, were very helpful upon checking with giving us a general map of the area. Convenient to Fira town, and only 15 minute walk to the main bus station. Reasonable view from the balcony but a bit obscured. The bathroom facilities were good and the whole place was very clean. There was a jug and two mugs but no spoons, tea bags of coffee sachets. Would’ve been nice to have those sort of bare minimum amenities at a villa just to be able to have a coffee in the morning. Could be improved with a couple bowls even since there is the fridge there to keep things in.
