Hotel Mylos

The first night the air conditioner was broken but the hotel changed our room for the following nights.

Incredible view, service and room! Nothing it was fantastic.

Mina went above and beyond, making herself available even late at night to arrange transport for us after a show. She was full of helpful suggestions about where to eat and what to do. The friendliness of Mina and her staff, including the driver for our various transport trips, made our stay in Firostefani something special. The room wasn't large but was comfortable and had a view over the ocean. Hotel Mylos is close to the Firostefani square and a short walk into Fira - great location. It was good value for the price. The room was close to the main pedestrian street which, while being extremely convenient, does mean it can be a little bit noisy at times.

The view was wonderful!!!!! Claire was the best. I had an issue with my transportation back to the port. I couldn't contact the company I had hired to transport me and she went out of way to contact the company contracted to perform the service. She informed the company of the changes I needed. Saved me money and worries. Bathroom was a little dated but serve it's purpose.

Mina checked us in quickly and gave us lots of information for our first stay on Santorini. She recommended restaurants, made dinner reservations, scheduled a driver for us and made our overall stay very pleasant. Our breakfasts were served each morning on our balcony. I'm already missing the yogurt and honey! The sea and caldera views were fantastic and we enjoyed being walking distance to Fira and all the area had to offer.

Great location and Mina was very very helpful.

We loved sitting on the terrace with a view of the Caldera and sunset. The location is right off the walking path between Fira and Oia, with minimal steps. Would be nice if breakfast could be changed up a bit from day to day.

The location and view Breakfast should include eggs, fruit and salad. The room should also include a dressing mirror.

The location was ideal for exploring and the view from our balcony were superb - no better place to enjoy a local Greek wine and watch the sunset! We enjoyed our breakfast daily on the balcony. While the bathroom was on the small side the room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very small and the room could be a little noisy with a restaurant right next door.

Everything. Very nice place. Sunset view from the balcony fantastic! Staff (Suela? - apologies if got it wrong) very helpful. Thank you for all the recommendations, getting our room ready earlier and store our luggage after check out. 100% recommend.

Exceptional

View fabulous. Breakfast for what we paid, could have been better with better selection to reduce waist of foods not eaten. Resulted in waist that could have been reduced and a better meal selection with minimum requirement for infrastructure. Such as a selection of meats, boiled eggs, to be selected from and asssit those with allergies such as Celiac disease. Nothing.

The shower was in the Premier room was very small. Can be a bit noisy due to shops on the path in front, but quiets down after 11pm when shops close.
