Hyatt House Indianapolis / Fishers

Clean, comfortable, quiet. No clunky air conditioning unit. It felt like a home. This was one of my best hotel stays EVER! Breakfast was also wonderful.

Nice room size and maintained property

Did not eat there had coffee in the room. Very strong I asked for a handicap accessible room and I do not believe I got one I made due

Our room smelled like urine and cigarettes. It was marked as a non smoking room as well. There were dishes left in the dishwasher not put away. The bed was slightly wet feeling like the humidity from the outside made it into our room somehow. The king bed was very loud and creeky while moving around in it. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in quite a while. The hideaway bed from the couch support rods were loose and falling apart significantly. Needed replaced. The coffee at breakfast time literally tasted like water.

Convenience of the location to work; and the restaurants nearby. For the 2nd time that I've stayed with you this year, the (auto) blind in the room was faulty. When I called the staff member for assistance - she mentioned someone from maintenance would be coming to the room to fix it. 30 minutes later I called, as no one had arrived. This time she said the batteries for the auto blinds were on backorder & nothing else could be done. Not sure how she would know that was actually the problem without investigating it further - but she jumped to a conclusion & left it at that. Then the tv wasn't allowing me to select channels. Again when I spoke to another staff member the next day, his solution was to give me an 800 number to call! Why am I paying full price for a room that has a faulty blind & tv? Top that off with your team members who are not prepared to help your guests. Their approach is to pass it off to someone else or come up with an excuse, so that they don't have to help solve the problem. Very disappointing!

The location was great, as we went to the Fishers event center for concerts. The hotel seemed pretty new and was clean. The facilities were all very nice. The room I booked was unavailable. Apparently, no emails or texts were sent but they tried to call. I got stuck in a room that was not preferred. I called twice and had to go down to the front desk to get an extra comforter. The pull out bed was incredibly uncomfortable, which we had to use since we didn't get the room we wanted. We booked a double bed room and got a single king. The person at the front desk said he could put in for a credit or something, like I had to ask him to do this when it should be an automatic process.

Great location and nice rooms. Minor issues with the tv service in the room but the staff helped as best they could.

The location was great as we were attending a concert at the Ruoff Center. The staff was very helpful and diligent. Our room was very clean and spacious. The only downside was the breakfast was not very edible and the coffee was horrible.

Superb

I stayed here with my husband and children as we wanted to stay a night in Indy to visit the zoo and children's museum. Although it's a little outside of the city it was a perfect location. We enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast. Room was very clean and the hotel was as well.
