Studio 6 Extended Stay Fishkill Westage Center NY

Don't bother coming here. Even the staff said "you get what you pay for" but even that was overpriced. Musty hallways, 2 sets of towels that were barely dried out after 24hrs hanging, had to request cups to drink water/brush my teeth with, no extra toilet paper, random holes like next to outlets that were poorly installed and painted over, and encountered 3 roaches (2 live, 1 dead) but still can't get my money back. The shower head couldn't keep pressure so half of the water dripped straight down the drain, the hot water went out on day 2, the AC/Fan died sometime during the early morning hours, and they lost power at 7am with no weather to blame! We left as they were still on partial generator! I can't believe the pictures featured online, they are criminally misleading and inaccurate. And there's a $10 "housekeeping fee" required upon checking in that they don't post anywhere! WHAT HOUSEKEEPING?!? The place is an absolute dump and I paid over $300 for 2 nights! Give me my money back! We were lucky we didn't get bedbugs!

When we arrived to check in, we were told that our reservation was not available and that the hotel was overbooked. We had to find accommodations elsewhere pay 2 1/2 times what we paid here - to date we have yet to receive a refund. Poor customer service all the way around!

Room was was dirty, there had been a cat in the room and I have cat allergies, there are no other rooms to go to paint was peeling, wallpaper was peeling ,the place has no ice, no hair dryers no boxes of Kleenex no amenities at all except some soap at . This one of the was one of the most filthy properties I've ever been to . The people who go to that hotel pretty much come out of looks appeared to be criminals, not a very safe place. There was a parking spot specific for police in the front of the bodh...much tells you about this property.

My shower head leaked all over the wall above the tub surround. Advised the desk clerk but it was not fixed. Carpet in hall was sopping wet from an overflowing sink in one of the rooms. Towels and washcloths were not replaced on the second day of our stay. No housekeeping was done. There was not even one plastic cup or glass to take my medications with. Soap was provided and a plastic packet of shampoo that I could not open. Nothing more was provided for the second day. Trash can at entrance to facility was overflowing. Front desk was not attended in the morning for checkout. No chairs in the lobby to sit down on while waiting for a desk clerk to arrive.

Horrible experience. Room keys turned off in middle of my stay and there was no staff member at the desk the entire weekend

I went to address issues with front desk and sign said front desk closed . No reservations being honored call booking agent. I called Expedia and issue never resolved . Expedia said Several times to me in response they could not reach hotel. I had to make reservation in another hotel and did not get my refund from Expedia who I booked through . I lost 1500.00.

This was an experience straight out of a horror film. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel. I don't even know how it's still standing. After hours of driving through the night we stopped here. The lobby was full of mosquitoes and the staff looked like he rose from the dead to fight with me that I hadn't paid yet when I had prepaid. I showed him my bank statement and then he said "oh yes now my computer says you paid" . Then the key wouldn't work in the door. I go back out and he said "you have to pull up on the handle. Up" Okay tell me that when I am standing in front of you. The room was freezing. The walls were peeling off, the bathroom was dirty. It had toothpaste on the sink and hair in the tub. The floors had crumbs and dead bugs. When you sat on the bed it lifted up off the floor on the other side. There were no lamps so it was very poorly lit by one light that was also broken. No curtains on the 1st floor window!! The door didn't even actually require the key, if you pulled up on the handle it opened. The deadbolt was damaged and didnt lock. Had to baracade the door with our luggage. I went back out to complain and the worker was nowhere to be found. It was creepy. The sheets were the only clean thing in the room and they didn't provide a comforter so it was cold AF. Horrible experience. Ran out of there after 5 hours of terrible sleep to keep driving. All the hotels in the area were booked and staying here was a desperate act I will never do again. Shame on you.

There wasn’t a room available when I checked in. I paid ahead of time but still no room.

Clean room and spacious. Easy access to shopping in Fishkill, NY

Nothing wasn’t able to stay no room available when I arrived with booking.com reservation I DIDNT GET ROOM TGEY WEEE SOLD OUT STILL WAITING IN REFUND FROM BOOKING.com keep getting runaround. Found another hotel and had to pay triple the amount

Great staff

Originally had reserved a King bed a month+ in advance, got to the property and they had told me they hadn’t had a king room and said they would try to get me the next available, to not get one throughout our 4 night stay. Was told multiple times that the amenities that weren’t working in our room would be fixed never got fixed, and had to go back to the front desk multiple times throughout the stay because the keycards had only worked on their first use after activated.
