I love this place! Stayed here before, We were up in Flagstaff to help our son move into the NAU dorms. The happy hour snacks were really good, perfect snack to hold us over until a later dinner. We will stay here again!

Room was very clean, staff was very helpful, beds were comfortable. Huge breakfast selection included with the stay plus an evening event. Would stay again as the hotel is very close to my student at NAU.

Great hotel

I had a king size bed, and was very pleasantly surprised to get a suite! There was so much room - a place to read, watch TV, kitchen sink with fridge and microwave, then restroom AND a separate room (closing door) with the bed AND another TV. Very comfortable. Amazing view from the "balcony"

This was made worse by the fact that an adaptive bike race was taking place, and several participants staying at the hotel depended on the elevator to get around since they couldn't use the stairs. To add to the difficulty, my daughter had broken her foot just two weeks before our trip, so navigating the hotel with a single working elevator was a genuine hassle for her. With only one elevator serving the entire hotel, wait times were long and it clearly wasn't enough to handle demand—especially for guests who had no other option. This is a maintenance issue the hotel could have and should have addressed much sooner before the elevator was completely unusable.

Had a wonderful stay.

Excellent breakfast buffet and evening happy hour/snacks. Very clean facilities and friendly staff. Check-in and check-process is very fast. Close to NAU which makes it very convenient for NAU parents and their students. The amenities are plenty and well maintained. There's a pool and hot tub both very clean. Very nice room with a balcony that I didn't have to pay extra for unlike many other hotels. I had no idea that this place was such a gem. I recommend everyone. My family and I will be coming back over and over.

Always nice to stay here. Great location

We loved the hot breakfast and the appetizer-type dinner they offered! We had just arrived after a long flight and the manager told us to leave our bags with them and go get something to eat and a drink and just breathe for a bit. Best advice! We immediately felt relaxed and ready to jump into our activities after that! Great hotel!

They had 1 of 2 elevators out of order and my microwave door was stuck shut in the on position with food inside. The microwave was stuck in the on position and I was worried it would explode… I couldn’t get to the plug behind the dresser.

The staff was very helpful and the manager was amazing. He was so good at greeting guests during dinner and breakfast and making sure things were going well. We love that Drury serves a buffet dinner each night.

Excellent hotel. Good for dogs, convenient location, nice rooms, and good service .
-
The staff was friendly. The free breakfast and kickback was nice. Parking was free and close. The room was nice and clean. The only issue was that one of the two elevators wasn't working leading to long waits going up and down. Other than that I would recommend.
-
One elevator out of order. Exit to main street difficult.

We spent three nights for the final three days of our road trip and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. Amenities were great: pool and Jacuzzi, free breakfasts with plenty of choices (including pancakes made on the spot), a nice free light dinner + cocktails every night at 6pm. Couple it with popcorn and soda machine in the lobby. Location is awesome, a short walk to the beautiful downtown Flagstaff and across the street from NAU. Best part of the stay: the staff, especially front desk, drinks and breakfast/dinner. They are genuinely caring but also fun. They added a nice vibe to the entire stay. Whoever is in charge of hiring: great job!
