So I paid for a king bed. Got two doubles. What I’ve been great if I was staying with my brother, but I was with my wife. Couldn’t check into the room until 530. Went there at 11 o’clock and they said I could check in at 1 o’clock. Crazy. Terrible service. Still paid for a king bed. Said because I booked through Expedia that’s why.?????? Room was dirty. Couldn’t even sit on the couch because there was stains.. not sure what the stains were. Don’t stay there. Never have I had worse service and room for the money we spent..

For 3 nights. Showed up late due to a natural dust. Hotel refused our reservation. Extremely rude!!! Do not book here

Rooms are in need of some updating and they are working on it. Location was good. Room was spacious

We have stayed at numerous Embassy Suite hotels and honestly can't believe they have there name on this place.
-
The carpet was very worn and had yarn missing at the seams. The included breakfast was marginal at best. I had stayed here a few years ago and I think it has gone down hill from last time I was here.

Booked for two nights. Hotel is undergoing renovation, but we were not informed prior to booking. No pool or spa. Rooms are rundown. We had to move from the first room assigned because of large disgusting stains on furniture. Next room was better, but still had rundown, stained furniture. It just doesn't seem clean.

I loved the location. Staff was outstanding. The property is undergoing renovation. That being said it was not up to Embassy Suites standards. My room really needed a deep clean. The carpet was lumpy in areas, the furniture was stained, extra blanket and pillow in closet were not clean, definitely need newer mattress. I have a pet and would use stairwell for easy exit and entrance. Garbage that was there first day was still there last day. I was disappointed in my room.

The rooms were dirty. The carpet in the rooms were sticky. Unable to walk around without shoes on. Bathroom walls were dirty and missing paint. Bottom of the door looked like it was chewed on. Beds were tiny and uncomfortable. Couch in the room was filthy. This place needs a lot of updating and replacement of carpet and doors and repainted.

Property is worn down and needs to be updated. It smells and the entire facility has moldy smells and appears not clean. Beds hard as a table, bathrooms are falling apart grout missing on shower tiles.
-
Always enjoy staying here for work.
-
Rooms are very outdated and smelt very musky. Looks like the rooms are from the 1980s and needs an upgrade.

Very good
-
Solid as all embassy suites are, good breakfast exceptional location for highway travel and down town
-
Pool was closed (devastating for my five-year-old), A/C in the room didn’t work and it was miserable sleeping, no extra fans for guests, room had pubic hair throughout various areas, and the hotel was generally in disarray. When we asked for a fan or help with A/C, the only option given was to go to a different hotel.

Lots of good stuff around the area and beds were comfortable Something was leaking from the vent and I called but no one came to check, not a lot of seating or breakfast options, rooms were a little run down but I saw they will be renovating

Toilet was beoke in out room had tonise our families room next door to us because the baby was asleep and we could not move the bathroom was missing patches of drywall the pool was closed and its not on your site nor theirs and no one told us when we checked in, the third room we got smelled of smoke which children stayed in the stay was horrible no one tried to correct anything bery disappointing for a Hilton rewards member and for a Embassy Location very noisy also the windows give no barrier to outside traffic and its right on the main drag of flagstaff
