West Inn NAU - Downtown Flagstaff

We pulled up and there was some shady people hanging around out front of the property and the exterior also looked shady. It looked nothing like the pictures online. We canceled our reservation and left.

Very clean

Stained sheets. Smelled like mildew. Dirty towel on back of toilet. Plastic bed covering that crinkled when u moved. Holes in the wall. Dirty/stained pillows.

Staff was nice, good location

A good, budget-friendly hotel for a one-night stay when you're passing through Flagstaff. Head north toward the Canyon and Page, or south toward Sedona and Phoenix. Flagstaff is perfectly located. The guy at the front desk was very nice - we had a great chat. I don't think there was such a thing.

Great basic hotel for utilitarian travel. Clean and safe. Nothing fancy. Have stayed more than once due to the consistency.

Nothing

Staff was great, grounds were clean and well kept but the bed and sheets were the only downfall as they were old and had a stale odor. I had to buy new pillows and blankets at the Ross nearby in order to sleep comfortably. I hope they invest in new bedding otherwise I will not return.

Did not like the last check in fee. Came in late. Was told thats every hotel does a late check in fee. Did not have that problem with the multiple times I booked a hotel with Expedia. Room was awful. Bed smelled like urine. Fridge wasn't working. Towels smelt like mold.

For a minimalist stay, I.e., clean sheets, clean towels, clean room, this certainly meets that standard. No extras. I believe these were single-pane windows so they didn't slide open very easily. The window tracks needed cleaning. No shelf in the shower for shampoo, razor, etc.

Bad

The comfortable bed and clean room and great TV. Also the great bathroom and especially the great tub! Thank you very much! I want to stay another night tomorrow night. I will contact you in the morning tomorrow. Lord bless your night and this place. Sincerely, Kelly Nothing. All was great.

no breakfast

When we first entered the room everything was fine until we started to smell a reek smell from the bed, we started lifting up the sheets and noticed there was multiple stains of some sort, urine, blood, semen IDK. we called the employee and he was no help, he offered to give us clean sheets to put over the stains, we didn’t feel comfortable with that and we got switched rooms, but guess what same situation the bed was full of stains again. NEVER staying here again

Prices were great and the room was clean but had minimum amenities.

Super friendly and helpful staff at check-in. Typical roadside motel. $71 with taxes and fees. You get what you pay for.
