Excellent inexpensive motel, very clean, helpful friendly staff. Could use upgraded towels and shampoo/conditioner, but otherwise highly recommend.

The room and parking lot were very clean. The room was recently updated. It was very comfortable and quiet. We would stay here again.

The front office staff were amazing... Unable to get ice or do laundry.

We had a wonderful stay at West Inn NAU. The motel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. What really made our experience special was the outstanding staff at the front desk. He was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Thank you for the excellent customer service and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting the area!

Clean rooms very spacious short distance to shopping and dinning but were charged additional fees for an extra bed which was already included in the booking price so we were cheated out of extra money when we had paid for two beds in the booking fee

Not bad, but the sheet under the sheet had a weird stain on it.
