High Country Motor Lodge – Near NAU/Downtown

Our TV broke 1 day into our 4 day stay, they had staff come fix it when we were out for the day, only for it to break 5 min into using it. And the window AC took a good day to catch up and cool the room down. Not a horrible place, but don't go in the heat of the summer if you want to stay cool.

It has a great vibe and will be definitely coming back when we visit Flagstaff again.

We love it here! Very beautiful and lots of amenities that we love to enjoy time and time again. This is our go to place when we visit Flag.

We enjoyed our stay at HCML! The cocktail bar & pool/hot tub had great vibes. We can’t wait to stay there again.

I didn’t get know much what time breakfast hrs or if it was free. Customer service was great. Cleanliness was great is something im very picky. Sleep great no nice. Very peaceful.

I’d have given this a 10 if the prices of the wine at the bar weren’t so extortionate; the general store coffees Etc were also on the expensive side. That aside it was fantastic. Wine prices!

This is the coolest property!! We loved the whole vibe of this hotel, including the grounds. Will def stay again.

After the first time we stayed here, we’ve never chosen another hotel since. It has the best vibe and the staff is unbelievable. There is so much to do, that you never have to leave the hotel. We were on a hiking trip with our four adult kids and once we checked in, we did not leave. We played cornhole, board games, shot pool, swam and sat in the sauna. There is nothing to not like!

What a cool place to stay! Great amenities, great look and comfortable. A chic but retro hotel that offers fun for the whole family. We stayed for 1 night but definitely will come back with our kids next time were in Flagstaff!

Friendly staff, mid-century layout - bar, fire light & warmth, and swimming pool. The sauna was unavailable for a morning drop in before heading out.

We loved the open common area for the kids to swim and play in the grass while the parents relaxed by the fire. The rooms were cozy and cool which made us sleep very comfortably. The food was delicious but the drinks were a little pricey. I paid $25 for a glass of wine which is a little absurd. Otherwise, everything was great!

The rooms are standard but clean and functional with a cool retro look. The property has fantastic amenities, like a game room pool jacuzzi. Fire pits coffee bar bar and an excellent kitchen. What makes this property extra special is the staff.In my 54 years I have never received service that was so above and beyond we will be staying here every time we are in Flagstaff

We stayed as part of a conference, but brought our dog and packed in a little family fun too! Perfect place for us and loved the ease of walking out our door and being near the car with our dog.
