I explained my medical condition to the staff and asked if I could have different sheets or blankets that had not been washed with fabric softener. Unfortunately, my request was not accommodated, and I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. Many major hotel brands avoid using heavily scented fabric softeners because they can trigger asthma, allergies, migraines, and other respiratory conditions. They typically use commercial laundry products that clean effectively without leaving strong fragrances on guest linens. Hotels should consider the health and comfort of all guests, especially those with respiratory sensitivities. Offering fragrance-free bedding or avoiding heavily scented fabric softeners would make the hotel much more welcoming and accessible.

Everything went well but the bath tub drain and the shower head needs attention

Place is functional and meets travel needs. Really a good place if you need a place to stay. Close to the train so a little loud at times. Wifi is slow but TV channel selection is solid. Close to many restaurants and stores on Route 66.

The most concerning issue was the constant noise from nearby trains, which ran approximately every 15 minutes throughout the night. The noise level made it extremely difficult to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom window had no curtain or covering, allowing outside light to shine directly into the room, further disrupting sleep. To make matters worse, the bathtub drain was not functioning properly. After simply rinsing off my feet, the water would not drain, indicating a maintenance issue that should have been addressed before the room was rented. The following morning, I checked out at approximately 11:00 a.m. and requested cancellation of the second night since I would no longer be staying at the property. I was informed that the request would need to be sent to the owners because there was no manager on duty. In fact, during my interactions with the property, there appeared to be no onsite management available and no contact information provided for a manager or decision-maker who could address guest concerns. As a result, I booked accommodations elsewhere and paid for another hotel solely so I could get a proper night's sleep. While I have no issue paying for the first night, as I did occupy the room, I do not believe I should be charged for the second night and will dispute that charge if necessary.

I would never recommend this to anyone.

My first impression was the Inn had a fresh look, the color scheme was inviting. The office person (I am sorry I can’t recall her name) was sweet and personable opposed to some places where you feel they are working on a script. Room was clean, smelled great and the perfect temperature. The room was quiet and had one of the best nights sleeps I have had in years.

Pay more to stay somewhere where they are actually happy to have customers stay at there Motel and not upset because a Traveler who was broke down couldn't get checked in before 11pm, they charge you 20 dollars extra.

This was a great stay on Route 66 in Flagstaff with the view of the mountains. Clean, great parking and excellent way to enjoy Flagstaff.

Please please please do not stay. Dirty rooms, bad customer service, denied water and ice. It’s not worth it and I had to stay one night due to long distance travel

I was refused entry to the l the facility because I wanted to see the invoice. Staff got irate and asked me to leave, completely unprofessional. Never had an experience like that, can't recommend this lodging to anyone

This place was pretty terrible! My sister who was barely able to climb a flight of stairs because she had a stroke, wanted to switch rooms, but they said there were no rooms left. The room had a dirty, musty smell to it. I didn’t even wanna sleep in that bed. I put a towel down first. The room was stuffy and smelly so I wanted to turn on the ac, but the ac wasent working. The other guests in the other rooms were sitting in the doorways to their rooms. There was a guy hanging out behind the building being creepy. I did not feel safe here. I came back here after being at my friends around midnight, and a strange man approached me asking about another guest who was staying there and was not answering their door. He looked like a homeless man or someone who was up to no good. I was scared. I do not like this place.

For an older motel, it was a dynamic stay I have stayed at a Ramada Inn and ended up leaving the next night because it had roaches and the toilet kept overflowing and when I told him they just left me a plunger in the middle of the living room suite, but this place I walked in and have been completely remodeled was beautiful. The air conditioner was ice cold, which was amazing. The bed was super comfortable. Everything was spotless, clean and new. Yes there was a train nearby but we were passing through and had driven eight hours and we’re exhausted and honestly it lol me to sleep and I didn’t mind it a bit. It was the cleanest hotel. I’ve stayed at in a long time and we’ve stayed in hotels so many times because we travel across the nation and I will absolutely stay there again. It was it was perfect. We loved it. The refrigerator was ice cold it was the first time I’ve ever had my ice packs being solid, frozen and none of the other hotels I’ve ever stayed at have ever left my ice packs frozen for the next day. They’ve been cold, but never frozen and our drinks were ice cold for the next morning. It was perfect. We slept amazing. We felt safe it was clean. We were able to park two steps from our door so unloading and reloading was so easy so we have marked it down as the place that we will stay every time we pass thru.

Is an old hotel but seemed safe enough but wouldn’t want to stay more than one night.
