Staff is very helpful.

It is quiet, except for the occasional train passing by. It really wasnt that bad... the trains. The shower tub was awful. It was bent in the middle, slightly in a 'V' formation, which made showering uncomfortable. Plus, the curtain was in the shower at least 6". They had a repair on the wall, and instead of moving the curtain rod out a couple inches, they ran it inward. So the curtain was touching the body during the shower. No thank you!! The towels are like motel 6's... a little rough and not so soft. Room was clean though, beds were nice, and the owner/manager was friendly. No riff raff. Parking was spacious. No tight corners to pinch through.

Excellent stop over on my road trip!

**Note- it IS next to a 24/7 railroad route. And you hear it.

The room was nice. Except for the air cooler. It’s hidden away by the bathroom and the air doesn’t circulate well. We had to sleep on the other side of the bed closer to the restroom so we could get some cool air.

I've stayed here before when on a work trip. I knew the hotel was pretty basic, but I wasn't looking for fancy amenities, just a safe place to sleep. Everything was clean, check-in was super easy, A/C cooled the room down quickly, the bed was comfortable. The room had this very large circular floor fan in the front of the room that was quite loud, but not a problem because it blocked out road sounds and train sounds. The bathroom is super small, but clean and everything worked. Rates were super reasonable. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm staying in Flagstaff again.

It’s okay

Room was updated, clean, and comfortable. A nice lady works at the office. The air conditioner only barely kept up with cooling the room on hot summer days.

This facility and staff are wonderful. I will definitley stay here again!

BED WAS GROSS, FULL OF STAINS. People as smoking weed!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Go to the Relax Inn motel down the street, it has amazing beds, soooo clean and very kind people!! I don't recommend this hotel.

I explained my medical condition to the staff and asked if I could have different sheets or blankets that had not been washed with fabric softener. Unfortunately, my request was not accommodated, and I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. Many major hotel brands avoid using heavily scented fabric softeners because they can trigger asthma, allergies, migraines, and other respiratory conditions. They typically use commercial laundry products that clean effectively without leaving strong fragrances on guest linens. Hotels should consider the health and comfort of all guests, especially those with respiratory sensitivities. Offering fragrance-free bedding or avoiding heavily scented fabric softeners would make the hotel much more welcoming and accessible.

Everything went well but the bath tub drain and the shower head needs attention

Place is functional and meets travel needs. Really a good place if you need a place to stay. Close to the train so a little loud at times. Wifi is slow but TV channel selection is solid. Close to many restaurants and stores on Route 66.
