Check in a breeze. Cindi, the manager, is patient and helps everyone. Breakfast staff are constantly working to make breakfast as easy as possible in a clean environment. The pool and hottub were clean. Beds comfortable. My family chose this hotel for its ease to NAU and other area attractions.

Rooms were clean, staff were very nice and I loved that we were able to have our kids with us in one room and didn't have to get two. Continental breakfast was great and the kids loved the indoor pool!

Easy to book. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a problem the pool area was too warm and the food was cold and not very good.
