Ramada by Wyndham Flagstaff East

Disappointed to by the bath towels have hairs, as well also can find on the bed sheets and pillows

Staff was very nice when we checked in and during breakfast. The room was a bit dated but clean enough. Breakfast was as expected.

This was a great, no nonsense place to stay in the middle of the Flagstaff area. Convenient to all major roadways and highways. The morning breakfast was good and just the right amount of food. Beds were comfortable and the AC kept our room nice and cool in the summer temps. The overhead rain shower was a nice touch! Great budget room rates!

This is a great deal and mostly very nice. The people running it are working diligently! It’s an older property and I didn’t like the eggs at breakfast, but I would definitely stay there again because the positives totally outweigh the negatives.

The front desk staff is amazing! I booked this property because I read reviews before I book and it was the "Ramada". This place is pretty run down. The breakfast was ok. The beds were comfortable but really it's not much better then a Motel 6. If your going for a quick trip and somewhere to sleep this is your place. I just didn't think it would be this run down for being the "Ramada"

The exterior had a large pile of mattresses and headboards along the side of the building, which was not shown in the listing photos. The room itself was run down and poorly maintained. There was tissue paper being used to plug holes in the walls, and a plastic bag was being used to tie up a long power cord. Overall, the condition of the property was significantly different from what was represented in the app. I feel the listing photos were misleading and did not give an accurate representation of what guests should expect upon arrival.

The motel is okay but guests, some coming by tour buses, mess it up. Not ⁹a great location but good to sleep one night and get out

Location I booked through the Booking app as I always do with my stay at this Ramada location. But I was charged through the Booking app and the hotel charged me through Ramada Wyndham as well. So I was charged twice for my one night stay
