The property was close to the freeway and close to a lot of stores. It is always great that the Windham hotels always have some type of breakfast and typically it’s a full breakfast.

Staff was not friendly. They just sound and look mean. All the time no smiles don't make you feel like you're a home

Nice place for a stop over in Flagstaff. No complaints!

Towels were really used one was rip.breakfast wasn't great no bacon. Sausage links were a few and soaking in grease. Rooms was getting renovated as we woke up

It is close to Sedona. My room was clean and neat. Bathroom was nice and well equipped. I really liked my king sized bed and it's bedding. Also breakfast was good. I was very satisfied.

More food options than a usual continental breakfast ie scrambled eggs and sausage. Gated pool looked clean but we did not use it. Only con. The air conditioner was noisy

The check-in host was not very friendly, but not mean. The hotel is a little run down. I requested batteries for the remote and the male host told me that the remote was fine that I don't need batteries - without even looking at it. The air conditioner would only work intermittently - it was warm and stuffy in the room all night. I do not recommend nor do I plan to return.

The room was comfortable the location was good The breakfast was included we picked the hotel for that reason but we went to eat at 7.45am and there was nothing no milk no bread no hot food all gone and no one to restock

We were in the back of the hotel and you had to walk up to the breakfast- No elevator inside the hotel. Breakfast was fair but same every day. Would have liked to had yogurt and only fruit was some sad looking oranges. Felt safe and very close to Walmart.

Beds were sagging and uncomfortable. Parking was easy. Breakfast was just ok.
