Staffs are very kind.

Breakfast was okay, the omelet would have been better if it was just scrambled eggs, but there was a nice variety and hey, it came with the room. The hotel was very conveniently located, just off the I-40 and easy to get to.
-
no coffee in the room, charge for parking, expensive for what we received. I was told you are trying to promote sustainability by not having coffee makers in the room - if so, why do you keep the room just plain cold when there are no guests there? On arrival, we have to make the room warmer. Shower seemed to be either hot or cold - very little middle ground.

Loved this location, best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed at to date. Thank you.
-
It would be good if the pool were enclosed
-
The person at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We would defiantly stay at Holiday Inn Express again.

Really good breakfast. Biscuits and gravy is always a plus for me.
-
Nice location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice Mountain View’s from my room. Nice gym. Good breakfast. Check in took a little longer than it should have but 3rd party sites don’t seem to do well with the hotels check in process.

Clean and well kept

Beds were not queen size as seen on website No lemon water or ice water

Very helpful, friendly staff

I liked that the room was already cooled down when I arrived. That made it very relaxing. There was no staff member at the desk when I arrived and there was one person in front of me. Even just a little sign that says what they are doing and he/she will be back in 5 minutes would be nice. My first impression of your hotel was not the best.

The breakfasts in these sorts of hotels are unimaginative and boring. It is certainly a matter of profit margin for the corporation, so I get that. And, of course, the breakfasts are "free" (i.e., built into the cost of the room).
-
It was clean and everyone was friendly

Superb
-
Pool had a greenish hue - but the hours were reasonable 7am open
